5 km to the city of Poreč or to the first beaches.
In 10 minutes you can reach the beaches near Funtana such as Polidor Beach or Fuente Beach.
To Vrsar it is about 8 km of country road. It is also recommended to bring bikes and explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful green landscape with many olive trees and vineyards. For shopping at the large shopping center Galerija in Porec with Müller drugstore, Lidl, Kaufland, C&A, Plodine, Konzum, you only have to drive a few kilometers. Or to Zbandaj, 3 km away, to the new large Plodine with bakery and butcher with hot food counter.
The location is central and very close to the sea, yet off to the side and very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Porec.

From the first contact to the return journey, perfectly cared for.
We had a wonderful time at Villa Majuli and wholeheartedly recommend our stay.
Long before our arrival, we had a very good feeling. Since our booking seven months ago, we have been in regular contact with the landlord via WhatsApp. She consistently provided us with helpful information and tips and was always quick to respond to questions; even by phone. The communication was incredibly warm, personal, and attentive from the very beginning. One never felt like just a booking number, but rather truly welcomed as a guest.
This loving care continued not only until the last minute before our arrival but also throughout our entire vacation. Even after our departure, the landlord inquired whether we arrived home safely. Such heartfelt and sincere care is truly rare, and it made our vacation something very special.
The villa itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was impeccably clean and just as described in the photos. We were especially thrilled with the pool and the outdoor area – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the vacation. The location is also ideal: quiet, yet in just a few minutes you are in Poreč, at the beaches, in restaurants, or shopping.
For us, it was a completely successful vacation. We always felt well taken care of and welcomed.
A heartfelt thank you to the landlord for her exceptional hospitality and great commitment. We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Majuli.

Beautiful house in a quiet location
First of all, a big thank you to the landlords. They are very warm, always reachable, and provide many tips on what is worth seeing in the area.
The house is modernly equipped, every detail fits into the concept of room design. Everything you need is available; nothing is really missing. The beds are very comfortable, everything is clean and tidy. The outdoor area has a beautiful large pool. The location is quiet, but still, you can reach the sea or Porec within 10-15 minutes. A perfect starting point for a successful vacation.
We definitely recommend the house.

Bereits lange vor unserer Anreise hatten wir ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Seit unserer Buchung vor sieben Monaten standen wir regelmäßig über WhatsApp mit der Vermieterin in Kontakt. Sie hat uns immer wieder mit hilfreichen Informationen und Tipps versorgt und war bei Fragen jederzeit schnell erreichbar; sogar telefonisch. Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an unglaublich herzlich, persönlich und aufmerksam. Man hatte nie das Gefühl, nur eine Buchungsnummer zu sein, sondern vielmehr als Gast wirklich willkommen zu sein.
Diese liebevolle Betreuung hat sich nicht nur bis zur letzten Minute vor unserer Anreise fortgesetzt, sondern auch während unseres gesamten Urlaubs. Selbst nach unserer Abreise erkundigte sich die Vermieterin noch, ob wir gut zu Hause angekommen sind. Eine so herzliche und aufrichtige Fürsorge erlebt man wirklich nur selten und sie hat unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.
Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war makellos sauber und genauso, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Besonders der Pool und der Außenbereich haben uns begeistert – der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen.
Auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in Poreč, an den Stränden, in Restaurants oder beim Einkaufen.
Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir haben uns jederzeit bestens aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieterin für ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und ihr großes Engagement. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Majuli uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet, jedes Detail passt in das Konzept der Raumgestaltung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich hat einen wunderschönen großen Pool.
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten am Meer oder in Porec. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen gelungenen Urlaub.
Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.
