Description
A beautiful Istrian stone house awaits you, with 2 bedrooms and box-spring beds, each with an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there is also a WC, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, side-by-side fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo capsule machine, small traditional coffee machine, kettle, milk frother, microwave and crockery and cutlery.
Our property is completely fenced, secluded and is quietly located on the outskirts of the village with lots of greenery all around. All hotspots such as Novigrad and Porec are only 15 minutes away by car.
Shopping directly in the next small town Visnjan with bakery, butcher, small supermarket, bank and a few nice restaurants. One of the best Istrian restaurants, Konoba Jadruhi is only 1.5 km away from us!
The pool is heated with a heat pump in spring and autumn! 8x3 m large and 1.50 m water depth for you alone.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. In addition, mosquito nets on all windows and the patio door. The bathrooms have underfloor heating and the house can also be heated with a cosy pellet stove in the evenings in early spring or autumn.
All 14 beaches around Porec are only 15-20 km away. Excursions to Motovun and Groznjan are only a few kilometres away. Our house is beautifully situated in an area of vineyards and olive groves. Many wineries offer tastings. Excellent olive oil can be bought everywhere. Let yourself be surprised by the beautiful surroundings of Istria.
