Description
The cosy studio with private entrance (29 m2) is located in the basement and fully equipped: from lounge and bedroom to kitchenette, coffee corner and bathroom with walk-in shower. French doors give access to your private terrace, overlooking the garden. Perfect for a couple, two friends or solo traveller. Your dog is also welcome.
The studio is surrounded by a beautiful green garden, an ideal place to relax and unwind. There is also a private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink in the evening.
The accommodation has a spacious, comfortable seating area overlooking the terrace and garden. Our cosy coffee corner has a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The kitchenette is equipped to prepare small meals. Facilities available: 1-burner induction hob, pan set, crockery, salt, pepper, olive oil, fridge with freezer compartment and kettle.
Breakfast is not served. However, coffee, tea and oat milk are included in your stay. A nice bottle of wine will be waiting for you on arrival.
The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower (with rain shower), sink and toilet. The double bed of 160 x 200 can be made up with two single beds on request (please mention when booking). Towels and bed linen are provided.
Guests have their own entrance and patio. You share the garden with the owner.

In daily life, I am a masseur. My salon is located next to the guest house. You are cordially invited to book a massage. Just check in advance if there is room in the agenda. If you book at least 48 hours before arrival, you will receive a 10% discount as a guest.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in a quiet, car-free neighbourhood. The dunes are at the end of the street. Zandvoort's South Beach -with hip beach bars like Hippie Fish, Nius and Tijn Akersloot- is at walking distance. The cosy village centre is also easy and quick to reach.
Studio Busy You @ Sea is one street behind the dunes. From there, you can walk straight to the beach (approx. 750 m).
It is a 10-minute walk to the cosy centre of Zandvoort with its pavement cafés, shops and supermarkets. From the centre, you can walk to the train station in 5 to 10 minutes. The train takes you to Haarlem in 15 minutes and to Amsterdam in 30 minutes.
Zandvoort offers plenty of opportunities to rent bikes.
Parking:
Paid parking applies everywhere in Zandvoort. We recommend parking on the edge of the dunes (350 m) or at parking area De Zuid (approx. 750 m) These are the cheapest parking options. More information can be found on the Zandvoort Parkeerservice website.

So that you too have a place to relax and unwind. The studio has been open since March 2024. And to make your stay complete: I am a masseur and my salon is located next to the guest house.
