An electric grill allows you to enjoy grilling wherever you choose. The house features an upstairs living-dining room with air conditioning, SAT-TV, internet access via Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo system, and an adjoining modern kitchen with access to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave/grill, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. An internal staircase leads to the lower living area. There you will find a double bedroom (bed 1.50 m. wide) with air conditioning and a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with small bathtub, shower, and toilet for you. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the house is also suitable for the winter months. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine. For your car, you can use the garage or another parking space on the enclosed property. It is about 4 km to Denia, 2 km to the sea, and 2.5 km to bars, restaurants, and shopping facilities.
