Beautiful holiday home in a modern style, on an enclosed plot of approx. 800 sqm, which is landscaped with palm trees and various green plants. The pool terrace is equipped with loungers. It invites you to relax in privacy. You can cool off in the private pool, 4 x 8 meters in size (illuminated in the evenings). There is also a WC available for you outside. An electric grill allows you to enjoy grilling wherever you like. Upstairs, the house features a living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access via Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo system, and an adjoining modern kitchen with access to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave/grill, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher. An internal staircase leads to the lower living area. There is a double bedroom (bed 1.50 m wide) with air conditioning and a bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with a small bathtub, shower, and toilet available for you. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the house is also suitable for the winter months. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine. For your car, you can use the garage or another parking space on the enclosed property. It is about ... to Denia. 4 km, to the sea 2 km, to bars, restaurants and shopping facilities 2.5 km.
