Discover the Anke and Hans-Jürgen Töpper family holiday flat in Schwerin, the perfect accommodation for your next holiday. This charming accommodation offers space for up to 2 guests on 25 square metres of combined living and sleeping space, with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. You reach the flat via a separate entrance.
The flat is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Prepare your favourite dishes in the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the TV in the cosy living room with underfloor heating and comfortable furniture. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection, you can always stay in touch with family and friends.
The high-quality sofa bed is easy to use and a wooden slatted frame ensures a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom has a level-access shower and is therefore also disabled-friendly.
The accommodation is located in beautiful surroundings. The bonus is the proximity to Lake Schwerin in a rural holiday atmosphere and yet you are in the middle of the city in 10 minutes and can enjoy the culture and charm of the state capital.

The accommodation is located in beautiful surroundings. The holiday flat is idyllically situated between Heidensee and Schweriner See - surrounded by boathouses, the fishing club and a restaurant. You can buy fresh fish or smoked fish daily from the Schweriner Seenfischer (across the road). You can start your holiday with beautiful tours directly by boat or bicycle. Schwerin Castle and the beautiful old town with the "Old Garden" area, the State Museum and the State Theatre, as well as the market square are only a 20-minute walk away. A place to feel good between pure nature and culture..

Short vacation
The Töpper family is incredibly accommodating and hospitable! The holiday apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished, everything is really great. We lacked nothing and felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommendable! The location is also super. There is a lake across the street and it is not far from the center. Still very quietly located. Thank you for everything!

Small cozy vacation apartment
The small apartment has everything you need; it's not far to the center, 15 minutes on foot. The landlords are really nice, very helpful, always giving a few tips. You can use the terrace and the garden behind the house. The apartment is quietly located. We felt comfortable!

Beautiful short-term planned stay
Our short-notice visit to Schwerin was a complete success. Booking the FW Töpper was uncomplicated and completed in a short time. For our five-day stay, the one-room apartment was completely sufficient; cleanliness, furnishings, and functionality were beyond reproach and matched the information on the homepage. The lack of a wardrobe was a disadvantage, but we were aware of it beforehand. Due to our defective bike rack, we were without our bikes and reliant on our feet. The city center and other attractions were easily accessible this way. Next time, we will definitely have our bikes with us and take tours into the beautiful surroundings from there.

Beautiful short vacation
Very nice 1-room apartment with a small kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and well-maintained room. We lacked nothing & it is as described on the internet. The landlords are very nice and accommodating and even offered us the use of the garden with our small child! Parking is no problem at all. Our tip: Drive to the city center (about 5 min), as it is quite far on foot. Parking costs only 1€/h. We can only recommend the vacation apartment and would be happy to return on another occasion!

Great short vacation
Very warm hosts! We felt very comfortable. Just a kind four stars for the accommodation, as I missed a wardrobe. However, everything could be stored in a spacious dresser, and there was a coat rack where you could hang shirts and blouses. Otherwise, everything was perfect and well thought out! We would come back :-))
