Enjoy your Florida vacation in the completely renovated and lovingly furnished Villa Melina in Cape Coral on the central Gulf Coast! This spacious vacation home offers 180 m² of space for up to 6 guests. Enjoy relaxing hours in the well-kept garden with shade-giving palm trees, on the patio by the water, or on the terrace, where a BBQ grill is ready for sociable evenings. The private, optionally electrically heated swimming pool invites you to refreshing moments. The villa is fully air-conditioned and combines comfort with functionality: the modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine – everything you need for a carefree stay. Fresh bed linen is provided, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. For entertainment, there is a TV and free Wi-Fi.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the house. Explore the surroundings with the provided bicycles or the in-house kayaks. Of course, you can also rent a boat and set off directly from the in-house dock. Via the Caloosahatchee River, you can reach the Gulf of Mexico in about half an hour's travel time. An unforgettable adventure for the whole family, and with a bit of luck, you might even be accompanied by dolphins on your trip. So enjoy the dreamlike beaches of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, or Captiva with your boat.
By the way, you do not need a boating license in Florida—your boat rental provider will give you a detailed introduction to the boat and the area, and the fun on the water can begin.
Simply relax as well in the stylishly furnished living area of Villa Melina. The bedrooms with their comfortable large king-size beds promise restful nights and pure relaxation. The two bathrooms offer ample privacy. A hairdryer is, of course, available.
Villa Melina is suitable for allergy sufferers, fully tiled and without carpeting. Therefore, it goes without saying that pets may not be brought or allowed to visit. We kindly ask you to strictly respect this. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the house.

Villa Melina is located in the southeastern part of Cape Coral, right in the Yacht Club Area on a quiet side street with no through traffic. A spacious driveway leads around the entrance area of the house, where you can conveniently park directly in front of the house.
The location of the house with a boat dock on the "Wisteria Canal" allows you to reach the Caloosahatchee River in just a few minutes with a rented boat, just below the Cape Coral Bridge, and from there explore the Gulf Coast. The accessibility of Villa Melina from Fort Myers Airport (RSW) by car is straightforward and you only need about 20-30 minutes. The house is also easily reachable by taxi (Uber) at a reasonable cost.
The popular major cities of Tampa and Miami can be reached in about 2 hours. For amusement park fans, Orlando is a highlight, which can be reached in about 3.5 hours by car. Cape Coral and Fort Myers offer numerous golf courses for golf lovers and many tennis facilities for tennis enthusiasts. The climate is extremely pleasant all year round, as there is almost always a light breeze blowing from the Gulf Coast. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days and is therefore also called the Sunshine State. The water temperature on the Gulf Coast rarely falls below 23 degrees Celsius. In the area you will find many more shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Restaurants and pizzerias as well. Large shopping mall (Edison) and outlet stores in about 15 minutes. The water park Sun Splash is located about 10 minutes away by car. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches. The nearest beaches: With a rental car, the fine, white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Captiva, and Sanibel Island are quickly accessible. Even easier and faster, however, is with a rented boat. And another advantage—you even save the parking fees.
For shell lovers, Sanibel Island is definitely recommended. There, the beaches on the Gulf side invite you to discover a wide variety of shell species. There is even a very worth seeing shell museum on the island, the Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum & Aquarium.
