The holiday home is located in the small village of Timmel, a state-recognized climatic health resort and part of the municipality of Großefehn, which lies in the heart of East Frisia. Timmel has a very good location (14 km from Aurich, 22 km from Leer, 28 km from Emden, and 7 km from the A31 motorway) and has the Timmeler Meer with bathing beach, boat harbor, beach sauna, great restaurants, paddle and pedal station, making it an attractive holiday paradise for many vacationers.

All wonderful North Sea beaches can be reached by car in a short drive: Carolinensiel, South Beach Wilhelmshaven, Bensersiel, Dornumersiel, Nessmersiel, Schillig-Horumersiel, Varel – Dangast. Leisure captains can even sail from our boat dock via the Ems-Jade Canal all the way to the Dollart, the Jade Bight, and the North Sea.
