Description
The house is a non-smoking house, allergy-friendly for you.
Renovated 2023.
50m to the beach of the Timmeler Meer, approx. 300 sqm large garden.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
The "Glückshaus" is situated on a shore property with a jetty. The use of the rowing boat is included in the price for our guests. An electric motor can also be rented.
The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen area are equipped with mosquito nets.
WLAN internet access.
The cosy holiday home, furnished with much love, is optimally equipped:-
Ground floor:
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining area: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, kettle, fridge-freezer and cooker with oven. A high chair (triptrap) is available for small children
- Living room, Smart TV and stereo system (DAB+, Bluetooth, DVD)
- Guest WC with shower
Upper floor:
- All rooms on the upper floor with laminate flooring
- Bedroom with double bed, SAT-TV, wardrobe, secretary with chair, foldable children's travel bed
- The second bedroom two single beds, wardrobe , desk and chair
- Bathroom with large shower and washing machine
Outside area:
- Large covered terrace with garden seating and beach chair
- Second terrace with barbecue
- Own jetty with rowing boat, motor can be rented in addition
- 2 parking spaces in front of the house, one of them covered with a carport

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located on the side arm of the Timmeler Meer. From the jetty, you can take your own boat directly onto the lake or out into the canals.
The sandy beach of the Timmeler Meer is about 50 metres from the house, with a beautiful beach café with a great outdoor terrace and a view of the Timmeler Meer. You will also find a large playground and a beach sauna.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are about 500 metres away and are also open on Sundays.
100 metres to the harbour, from where guided trips with the flat-bottomed ship "Gretchen" start through the nature reserve "Fehntertief". Explore the lake and the canals with pedal boats or motor boats, which you can hire at the harbour.
Another attraction in Timmel is the RTC, one of Lower Saxony's largest equestrian facilities.
Combine your visit to the Fehnmuseum "Eiland" in Westgrossfehn with a tea ceremony and very delicious cakes.
