The romantic thatched-roof house (3 rooms, ground floor + upper floor, approx. 70m²) with terrace and garden plot (approx. 530m²) offers ample space for 4 people (plus a small child up to 3 years old). On the ground floor, it features a large living/dining area with dining table, couch, TV, kitchenette, and access to the terrace. A daylight bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the ground floor, as well as an additional guest toilet on the upper floor. There are also two separate bedrooms in the attic, each for 2 people (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds).
The standard occupancy is 4 people (plus an infant up to 3 years old in a crib).
The thatched house is located in a quiet small residential complex in the district of Goos in the north of Rügen, not far from the town of Dranske, in an idyllic location near the Baltic Sea, about 550 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. The district of Goos belongs to Dranske. The house features a modern fitted kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, is functionally designed and leaves nothing to be desired – here you can prepare your favorite dishes while enjoying the view of the greenery. For breakfast on the southwest terrace, you will find garden furniture in the house. Grilling is permitted at a distance of 10 meters from the house. 2 bicycles (1 men's bike and 1 women's bike) are available for free use.
For your comfort, 2 parking spaces are available. This romantic holiday home combines rustic charm with modern comfort and offers the perfect setting for unforgettable vacation days on the Baltic Sea. Here you can escape everyday life, enjoy nature, and completely relax in a peaceful environment.
