Villa Amanda is located in the beautiful old town centre of Binz and in a quiet central location between the forest and the spa gardens. You can easily reach the beach or the centre on foot in 2-3 minutes. The villa is built in the style of classic spa architecture.

The cosy 2-room non-smoking holiday flat has a size of approx. 54 sqm and is furnished for max. 4 persons.
It is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing balcony.
The holiday flat is divided into a cosy living room with seating area and sofa bed, colour TV, music system, a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe as well as a TV, a complete separate kitchen with ceramic cooker, dishwasher and microwave and a small storage room.
The spacious shower room has an outside window.

Own car parking space and bicycle racks are located behind the house.

Own beach chair free of charge in the season (from May to September)

Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.

You can cancel or rebook any reservation free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. There is only a processing fee of €50.00. If cancellation or withdrawal occurs 89-60 days before arrival - 25% of the travel price, If cancellation or withdrawal occurs 59-31 days before arrival - 50% of the travel price, If cancellation or withdrawal occurs 30 days or fewer before arrival - 75% of the travel price.
