The apartment is located on the ground floor of the residential complex and is warmly and cozily furnished – entirely in the spirit of Austrian comfort. In the living room, there are six comfortable seats available, complemented by a television, a JBL speaker, Wi-Fi, and an atmospheric Danish wood-burning stove, which ensures cozy evenings during the winter months. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils – from the coffee machine and milk frother to the toaster and hand blender – everything has been thought of. A wide selection of spices, oils, and vinegars is also provided as standard.
The three bedrooms with new mattresses guarantee a restful night's sleep. The apartment has a functional bathroom, and in the hallway there is a separate, spacious toilet. A private parking space in the underground garage directly beneath the apartment ensures that you can set off in winter free of snow and ice – especially convenient. There is also a private ski cellar with ski boot dryers and ample space for your equipment in the basement.
The south-facing, spacious balcony with comfortable furniture perfectly completes the apartment. The garden is available to all residents of the complex for communal use. You will want for nothing here – feel at home!

Welcome! I would like to briefly introduce myself: As a sports teacher, I have organized over 100 trips – many of them were winter sports trips for (family) groups and schools in various ski resorts in Austria. Our search for a suitable holiday home is therefore based on real experiences and facts. The area where we ultimately ended up offers numerous advantages. From experience we know: The Kitzsteinhorn glacier – only 3 to 4 km away – is a real advantage and will be indispensable in the future for those who want to ski on well-prepared slopes. Ski areas that only reach up to about 2000 meters are becoming increasingly unreliable. Climate studies clearly show that in the Alps, regions below 1500 to 2000 meters already have up to 40% fewer days with snow and frost. So with Piesendorf you have made a fantastic choice – not only because of the snow reliability, but also because of the excellent value for money and the genuine Austrian coziness.
