Villa Wellness Retreat is fully styled in Ibiza atmosphere! You can thoroughly enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi, rain shower with massage shower, and the lovely large garden with seating areas, the starry sky, and the setting sun.
All facilities are available exclusively for you!
The holiday home has a small but cozy living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, and sauna on the ground floor. On the first floor, 2 additional bedrooms and a separate toilet. We have 4 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), but of course you can push two beds together if you want to lie close to each other. And on the ground floor there is a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
You can sleep there with a maximum of 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a tabletop fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and a kettle. Of course, all crockery, cutlery, and pans are available. The kitchen is open to the cozy living room with a smart TV where you can use your own streaming service (Netflix etc.).
The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower and a separate hand shower with massage settings. We have a double washbasin with beautiful marble-look sinks. In this bathroom you will feel completely relaxed :)
The built-in Finnish sauna is next to the bathroom. It is a small infusion sauna where you can relax with a maximum of 3 people at the same time. If you are with more people, you can take turns enjoying the wonderful Spa (jacuzzi) in the large backyard. The Spa can be used by a maximum of 4 people.
Through the sliding doors in the living room you enter the spacious green garden. By the sliding doors there is a small canopy with a lounge set. We provide a barbecue that may be used on the lawn, but not under the canopy or against the house due to fire hazard. We provide barbecue utensils, but we ask you to bring your own briquettes.
The garden is not fully fenced.
Two cars can be parked for free at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Wellness Retreat is located in the village of Hoeven in West Brabant. A wooded area where you can enjoy walking and cycling.
The holiday home is a place where you don’t have to do anything and can just relax.
The villa is situated in a villa park without facilities. But if you want to go out and have fun, there is an incredible amount to do in the nearby area!
The breathtaking nature is just around the corner in the large Pagnevaartbos. The beautiful surroundings are perfect for lovely cycling and walking tours.
Next to the holiday park is Waterspeelpark Splesj, the largest outdoor water play paradise in the Benelux. Nowhere else will you find so many cool water slides together. Water fun for young and old!
In the nearby area there are several indoor and outdoor swimming pools and natural swimming spots.
If you want to visit beautiful Zeeland, you can reach the small beaches and bays in 40 minutes. The beautiful long sandy beaches of Zeeland can be reached within 1 hour by car.
Are you fond of shopping and good food? Hoeven is a quiet village with a number of nice shops and restaurants. In less than 20 km you are in the lively and hospitable Breda. In Roosendaal you will find Rosada Designer Outlet. Shop till you drop! ;)
In Roosendaal you will find an Indoor Skydive (15 km). In Rucphen (6 km) you can ski and snowboard and even ice kart on the indoor ski slope of Snowworld Rucphen. In Hoeven and the surrounding area, you can, for example, go to the adventure forest, play an outdoor escape game, go to a game hall, visit the observatory, play glow golf, paintball, archery, survival course, play farm, and climbing forest.
The Efteling (40 min.) is also definitely worth a visit! Or how about going on Safari in the Beekse Bergen? (32 min.) Hoeven is very centrally located; for example, you can be in Antwerp in 47 minutes. Do you want to go to the Brabant Sahara? You can reach National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen in 45 minutes.
In 6 minutes from the villa park, you are at the airport where you can discover everything about the ins and outs of an airport. A professional flying lesson is super fun to experience!
We mention a number of exciting as well as relaxing outings, but we will prepare an extensive information folder where we share all the outings with you!

To keep the jacuzzi clean, clear, and hygienic for all guests, we have clear rules:
* Showering is mandatory before using the jacuzzi.
* Eating and drinking in or around the jacuzzi are not allowed.
? What you can expect:
* bed linen for the number of reserved guests
* 1 soft towel per person (50 cm x 100 cm)
* Set of kitchen linen
* A toilet roll (bring extra yourself)
* A few dishwasher tablets
* Basic products: salt, pepper, oil, hand soap
Note: we deliberately do not provide shampoo, shower gel, or charcoal for the BBQ. Please bring your own if desired.

We still have a villa on the park, Villa Wellness Retreat 1. Both of our cottages have already been fully renovated. Some cottages in the park are still being renovated, so there may still be some construction work in the park in 2025.
