Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer Wohnanlage, die Türschließer der Haupthaustür sind leider deutlich zu hören. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, aber weniger hochwertig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man ist ganz schnell am Hafen bzw. Strand. Die Wohnung war oberflächlich sauber, aber die Ecken und Oberflächen bräuchten eine Reinigung. Die Vermieter waren bei Fragen schnell zu erreichen und immer freundlich.
