Description

Our wooden houseboat with a concrete hull has been lightly painted in light blue after a fantastic vacation in Barbados, like the beautiful houses there. Together with my father, we divided the spaces into 3 apartments with privacy. We have parking spaces in front of the garden for our guests. From there, you enter our garden, which guests are also allowed to use. Then we have two apartments that we rent out for (short) stays in Amsterdam. Upstairs
Upstairs is a very spacious apartment, with a wonderfully large and luxurious bathroom. In the bathroom, you will find a large bathtub, shower, double sink, toilet, and underfloor heating. You enter via the staircase in the middle of the houseboat, so it is important that you are mobile if you rent this space. There, you enter the hall, with the bathroom on the right and a studio on the left with a kitchen, seating area overlooking the water towards the center of Amsterdam, and the sleeping area with TV. You can log in with your own Netflix or stream via your smartphone or iPad on the Chromecast wifi. In the kitchen, you will find a microwave and a stove in the right cupboard that you can use to prepare or heat up simple meals. In the studio you have 3 windows and you can look out into the garden, enjoy the beautiful view over the water, and on the other side look at the canal with the houseboats.
