Located in an idyllic green setting not far from Labin and Rabac, Casa Slivari is the perfect retreat for a relaxing and carefree vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is designed for 10 guests.

The interior of the villa is 220 m², and the villa itself is designed so that the ground floor and the 1st floor form 2 separate units connected by an external staircase. This makes it an ideal choice for 2 families or a group of friends who want to enjoy a vacation together while maintaining privacy and intimacy. The interior of the villa is decorated with an emphasis on comfort and functionality. You will have 2 fully equipped kitchens, each with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, stove with oven and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the terrace, equipped with a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. On the 1st floor there is a second living room, also with access to the terrace, and here the sofa is fixed.

Each floor has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms - a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with double beds for a peaceful sleep. Each floor also has its own private terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at dusk.

On a beautifully maintained garden of 1000 m² numerous facilities for relaxation and fun await you. Enjoy the private pool, relax on the deck chairs with your favorite book or spend your evenings on the covered patio with summer kitchen and barbecue - the perfect place to prepare delicious meals and socialize with family and friends late into the night. For the children there is a playground with slide, swings and trampoline and there are also soccer and volleyball courts.

Casa Slivari Istria is located in the quiet village of Šumber, just 15 km from the beaches of Rabac. Everything you need for daily life - shops, bakeries, markets - are 4 to 7 km away, and the nearest restaurant is only 2 km away. This region is perfect for exploring by bike or car – discover the hidden beaches and romantic coves of the east coast of Istria, visit šarmant surrounding villages or peek into hospitable rural households.
