This elegant villa is located in a small village in Šumber, close to Labin town and Rabac beach area. Villa has 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Villa offers privacy and has panoramic views of central Istria and small Istrian towns.
Besides private pool of 36m2 with hydromassage, this villa also has a spa area with indoor jacuzzi and sauna. The villa has a heat-pump cooling and heating system in the whole house and is suitable for use both in summer and wintertime.
The furniture of this villa is designer and modern, and is equipped with top-end equipment. Kitchen is fully equipped.
On the ground floor is located fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, spa-corner and 1 bedroom with bathroom and an additional toilet. On the top floor villa has additional 3 bedrooms, reading corner and terrace. Outside kitchen with barbecue is located close to the pool area.
All 4 beds are king size (180 * 200 cm), can accommodate 8 people. One bedroom on the top floor includes a sofa bed for max 1 person. Ideal for up to 8 guests but can accommodate max 9 guests.
Wi-fi and Netflix are provided to guests.
Has a washing machine and dryer. Includes freezer, coffee maker, toaster, wine cooler.
Outside area includes kitchen, pool area and lounge area.
Parking for 2 cars inside the garden and additional cars outside.

A Dream Location – Pure Peace and Relaxation
This was truly a dream location — just peace, peace, and more peace! We enjoyed all 7 nights more than ever before. It was simply amazing and had everything we could ask for: sauna, whirlpool, and pool — perfect for any kind of weather.
The villa is incredibly spacious with plenty of storage. The quality speaks for itself, and the furnishings are very special and thoughtfully chosen.
The hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful. If you have any questions or issues, they are always there and quick to find a solution.
Also, it’s totally dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Family Getaway!
We spent our summer holidays at this beautiful villa and couldn’t have been happier. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home – the owners were incredibly warm and helpful, making our stay truly special.
The villa itself is wonderful: we enjoyed relaxing by the pool, exploring the area on our mountain bikes, and discovering many great restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing family holiday.
It was an unforgettable stay, and we can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Absooooooolutely amazing stay
We were a group of 8 friends/ couples and stayed at this villa the first week of june. As this was our second villa holiday we already knew what to look for in a villa and had high expectations for our stay based on the pictures - and we were not disappointed at all.
Everything about this villa looks and feels high-end, the rooms are super large with plenty of storage space, each one with its own bathroom and the walls were soundproofed, so it wasn't a problem at all if some of us wanted to go to bed earlier while others stayed up longer. Moreover, we enjoyed the seamless indoor-outdoor feeling a lot with having comfortable seating areas everywhere and plenty of space for 8 people. You could generally tell that the layout of the house was very well thought out.
Ivana responded super quickly anytime when we needed something, in advance to our stay and even faster during our stay, and was always happy to help. We could not have wished for a better villa nor a better host, and do strongly recommend if you are looking for a calm, luxury place with family and friends.

Great spacious modern house
We, a family of 2 adults + 2 children, spent 1 week. Beautiful, modern, stylish new house with modern facilities, each room has a separate shower with toilet. Spacious rooms, whirlpool, sauna, air conditioning throughout the house, very quiet area, great view. Supermarket 15 minutes, beach 20 minutes. Very friendly landlord, fast and good communication, helpful, everything went smoothly. We would book again at any time. Highly recommended.
