This elegant villa is located in a small village in Šumber, close to Labin town and Rabac beach area. Villa has 4 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Villa offers privacy and has panoramic views of central Istria and small Istrian towns.
Besides private pool of 36m2 with hydromassage, this villa also has a spa area with indoor jacuzzi and sauna. The villa has a heat-pump cooling and heating system in the whole house and is suitable for use both in summer and wintertime.
The furniture of this villa is designer and modern, and is equipped with top-end equipment. Kitchen is fully equipped.
On the ground floor is located fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, spa-corner and 1 bedroom with bathroom and an additional toilet. On the top floor villa has additional 3 bedrooms, reading corner and terrace. Outside kitchen with barbecue is located close to the pool area.
All 4 beds are king size (180 * 200 cm), can accommodate 8 people. One bedroom on the top floor includes a sofa bed for max 1 person. Ideal for up to 8 guests but can accommodate max 9 guests.
Wi-fi and Netflix are provided to guests.
Has a washing machine and dryer. Includes freezer, coffee maker, toaster, wine cooler.
Outside area includes kitchen, pool area and lounge area.
Parking for 2 cars inside the garden and additional cars outside.

Great spacious modern house
We, a family of 2 adults + 2 children, spent 1 week. Beautiful, modern, stylish new house with modern facilities, each room has a separate shower with toilet. Spacious rooms, whirlpool, sauna, air conditioning throughout the house, very quiet area, great view. Supermarket 15 minutes, beach 20 minutes. Very friendly landlord, fast and good communication, helpful, everything went smoothly. We would book again at any time. Highly recommended.
