Villa Lori is located in the countryside of Blagdanići, near Poreč. This 4-bedroom villa was built in 1862 and was once the residence of the Blagdan family from Poreč. Today it is a luxurious vacation home that perfectly combines tradition and modern style. The villa is designed for 8 people, and will gladly accommodate groups of young people.

The interior of the villa is 150 m² and consists of 2 floors. The ground floor is reserved for eating and relaxing, which will be provided by a pleasant living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining room. There will be more than enough space for socializing - there is a comfortable sofa in the living room and the dining table with 10 chairs. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances for preparing food and drinks, as well as basic kitchen spices. The place exudes warmth and a pleasant atmosphere, which is achieved by the neutral colors of the walls and the earthy colors of the furniture. There is also a wood-burning fireplace that provides a special atmosphere on colder days, and the natural materials of wood and stone give the impression of a modern tavern.

There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. All rooms have private bathrooms where you will find hairdryers and toiletries. All rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with double beds, wardrobes and desks. The bedroom on the ground floor has access to the outdoor terrace.

Villa Lori is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden of 300 m² with outdoor seating and wellness areas. There is a 40m² private swimming pool with sun deck, ideal for refreshment on hot summer days and a hydro-massage whirlpool for romantic afternoons. On the shaded covered terrace you will find 2 relaxation areas - a coffee corner and a dining table. The space is made for pleasant socializing with delicious meals that you can prepare on the outdoor grill. The property is completely fenced for maximum privacy, and there is also covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Although Villa Lori is located in a smaller village, it is close to all major amenities and attractions. The nearest beach is only a 10 minute drive away, and the center of Poreč is only 15 minutes away. Only a few kilometers from the accommodation is the Baredine cave, which can be reached in an unconventional way - by descending the cliffs. What are we talking about?
