You live quietly and idyllically, yet you are quickly in the midst of bustling Duhnen on foot or by bike: you can reach the center in 9 minutes on foot.
It is 400 m to the beach, 600 m to the adventure wave pool "Ahoi".
To the south lies the nature reserve "Duhner Heide" and the small village of Sahlenburg. In sunny weather, you can enjoy the day in a beach chair, or take a walk along the Duhner beach promenade to the town center with its many cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Relax in your holiday home on a south/west-facing terrace with an awning. The secluded, furnished sun terrace and the well-kept garden are quiet places for those seeking relaxation.
