The Seemuschel holiday home, equipped with gas heating, offers enough space for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds. Furthermore, there is 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living and dining room as well as a south/east facing terrace with a marquee. The terrace, which is protected from view and has high-quality garden furniture as well as two sun loungers and the well-kept garden, is a quiet place for those seeking relaxation.
It is especially suitable for allergy sufferers due to the maritime and low irritant climate of the climatic health resort Duhnen. On the 300 square metre property, there is a permanently mounted bicycle stand where you can connect your bicycles overnight or a lockable garden shed where you can charge your e-bikes
A baby travel cot incl. mattress and fitted sheets, a stair guard, fall-out protection for 2 beds, as well as a high chair are naturally part of our free inventory!
This saves you a lot of space in the boot!
And for loading and unloading your roof box, we have a ladder ready for you in the garden house.

Location and surroundings of object
In the second line of the sea, 50 metres behind the dyke, only 500 metres from the sandy beach, Haus Seemuschel is located directly between the Duhner Heide and the vibrant beach promenade. On the promenade you will find many places to stop for refreshments, playgrounds and one or two sights, as well as the ahoi Thalasso bath with wave pool, sauna, spa and spa treatments. You can also go shopping and strolling in Duhnen with its many shops and boutiques. Or explore the area with the Jan Cux beach train.
With its central location directly behind the dyke and the Duhnen coastal heath, it is the ideal starting point for extensive cycling tours and walks.
You can, of course, also go to the island of Neuwerk on the seabed by waders, or take one of the popular excursions by boat to Germany's only high-sea island, Helgoland!
Close to the beach, terrace, handcart, W-LAN and barbecue are available!
And should the weather be bad, the Thalasso ahoi!, a wave pool with sauna paradise, is less than a kilometre away.

A small, perfect vacation home
My wife and I were in Cuxhaven-Duhnen for five days. The holiday home had everything for a relaxing vacation. We found the house to be very clean. All items are like new and work. Large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, all windows have fly screens, parking in front of the house, and a quiet environment. We felt at home within the first few minutes, and therefore we booked a new vacation in this house right after the holiday. That says it all, doesn't it?
