Villa del Sol near Fažana is a modern and stylish retreat in the quiet village of Valbandon, only 3.5 km from Fažana and 8.5 km from Pula – an ideal starting point for exploring the Istrian coast.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features 3 spacious bedrooms, 4 modern bathrooms, and a separate WC.

The private pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor area and invites you to relaxing days in the sun with sun loungers. A covered barbecue area with an outdoor dining space provides the perfect setting for an evening dinner. Three private parking spaces offer additional convenience.

You will also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and iron/ironing board, as well as a separate WC.
