A completely renovated (2024) apartment above the ice cream parlor Ci Vediamo in Egmond-Binnen, suitable for 6 people. That means enjoying yourself, getting a fresh cappuccino in the morning and popping downstairs in the evening for a few scoops of ice cream with whipped cream, that sounds wonderful. Of course, the apartment is also equipped with every comfort and has a beautiful style. The center of Egmond Binnen offers a wonderful starting point, quickly at the beach, close to the city, yet with the tranquility of a village center.

**The Space**
You reach the apartment via the stairs. Then you enter the completely renovated apartment. Everything has been considered in the furnishings and everything is beautifully coordinated. The large, open living room immediately creates a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy a drink at the bar by the kitchen while cooking, a large dining table where everyone can eat together, and the cozy TV corner with smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including an oven, a Nespresso machine, and an induction cooktop. Adjacent to the living room is the comfortable outdoor area.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms and the beds are always made for you. The luxurious bathroom with shower, large washbasin and mirror makes it complete. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

**Location**
Egmond Binnen is a small, quiet village with beautiful cycling routes, hiking trails and also a perfect central base for a day at the beach or a trip to the big city. Egmond Binnen is known for its beautiful abbey, this place is also worth a visit, it is located near the Ci vediamo apartment. You can reach the beach of Egmond Binnen by bicycle in 10 minutes, or continue to Egmond aan Zee, where you will arrive at the beach in 15 minutes. The city of Alkmaar is 15 minutes away by car. Parking is free and can easily be done on the street.
The cozy ice cream parlor Ci Vediamo is well known in the region; enjoy a delicious scoop of ice cream or a good cup of coffee.
