Description
It is fully furnished; everything needed for a carefree stay is present. The beds are made, there are towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, toilet paper.
There is a kettle, Senseo, and a regular filter coffee machine.
There is also a combination oven.
Behind the cottage is the paddock with the Spanish horse Ranchero and his big little friend, mini pony Hansje.

A place to completely unwind.
Swimming and/or fishing in the adjacent Amstelmeer, canoeing, walking for kilometers along the dikes without meeting anyone, beautiful vistas and dark nights for stargazing.

This holiday cottage is located on the Amstelmeer and also stands at the edge of a nature reserve with a forest. What is special is that the forest is completely unmanaged; fallen trees are left where they are, which in turn creates its own flora and fauna.
It is rich in many birds, both in the forest and by the water. For years, a heron colony has lived here, which already starts courting each other busily and noisily at the end of February. It is also a cacophony of many other birds and the cuckoo calls to its heart’s content. On a walk along the dike you will always see a bird of prey, such as a buzzard or a harrier. In summer you can cool off wonderfully in the Amstelmeer, where there is a large jetty with several swimming ladders.
There are 2 two-person canoes available for free.
For the little ones, a ride through the forest on pony Hansje is a treat! Older children can brush him and take him for a walk. The North Sea beach can be reached within 20 minutes, where you can enjoy the fresh air all year round and in summer enjoy everything the beach and sea have to offer.

Heerlijk huisje en top gastvrouw
Gastvrouw Sandra doet er alles aan om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken. Het huisje is keurig, schoon en gezellig. Bloemetje op tafel
en lekkers voor ons hondje. Alles super verzorgd. Het chalet is heerlijk privé en je loopt zo het bos in. Prachtige omgeving vlakbij het Amstelmeer. Ik raad deze plek graag aan. Bij Sandra ga je je zeker thuisvoelen. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Perfecte plek voor rust en ontspanning
Het ligt midden in de natuur met vogels en dieren om je heen. De wilde konijntjes huppelen om je heen, het is een paradijs. Het is rustig en ontspannen en het huis zelf heeft alle gemakken en is heel fijn en warm ingericht. Goed geïsoleerd en dus snel warm! Het is een fijne plek en Sandra is waanzinnig! Ze denkt graag met je mee en staat klaar voor al je vragen en tips. Ze helpt je graag en dat voelt als heel welkom!

Entspannter Urlaub
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da wir bei unserer Ankunft direkt herzlich empfangen wurden.
Es war einfach alles tip top in Ordnung.
Sandra ist eine tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Lage der Unterkunft bietet Entspannung pur für Mensch und Tier.

Ein wunderbarer Ort
Meine Hündin und ich haben uns vom ersten Tag an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Bei Ankunft hoppelten die wilden Kaninchen über die Wiese, die Pferde sagten Hallo und Sandra hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen.
Das Häuschen ist wunderbar gelegen, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen.
Für 4 Personen könnte es ein wenig eng werden - vor allem, wenn man sich wetterbedingt doch häufiger drin aufhalten muss.
Mein Lieblingsstrand in Petten war eine knappe halbe Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund muss man keine 10 Meter gehen. Der kleine Wald liegt vor der Türe und ebenso der Deich, der am Kanal entlangführt.
Sandra ist ein herzlicher, freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Mensch und es ist immer zu spüren, wie sehr sie diesen Ort liebt und wie wichtig ihr das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste ist. Dazu ist sie auch noch überaus flexibel und hat sofort eine Lösung parat, falls etwas nicht passt.
Ich war sehr traurig, als ich wieder nach Hause musste und gleichzeitig habe ich mich erholt gefühlt, wie selten nach einem kurzen Urlaub. Ich möchte auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ein kleines Paradies
Wir waren zwar nur eine gute Woche dort, hätten aber am liebsten unseren ganzen Urlaub in dem kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr praktisch, mitten in der Natur mit einem kleinen, grünbewachsenen Kanal direkt davor. Während in vielen Quartieren Sitzgelegenheiten Mangelware sind, gibt es hier viele Möglichkeiten, sich auszuruhen. Sandra ist eine sehr aufmerksame, ausgesprochen freundliche und nette Gastgeberin, die aber auch die Privatsphäre sehr achtet. Wer Tiere mag, ist hier am richtigen Ort, seien es die Pferde, die Hunde oder all die anderen Wildvögel, die es im direkten Umfeld zu beobachten und zu hören gibt. Vielen Dank dafür, dass wir eine Woche dieses Paradies von Sandra bewohnen durften.
