Don't miss this fantastic cottage on Vätö, with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna beautifully situated on the hill with a soothing view over lush surroundings. Close to swimming in both the sea and lake, central Norrtälje, and much more. A gem in the Stockholm Archipelago! Here you'll stay in a charming cottage with lovely patios in several directions, both with and without roofs. Adjacent to calm and harmonious nature at the back. In the cottage, there's a cozy living room with large windows and access to the terrace. A wood-burning fireplace that warms on chilly evenings and adds to the high coziness factor. There's a convertible armchair bed in this area. The kitchen features a nice dining area, and a larger folding table is available to set up in the living room for more dining space when the weather doesn't allow outdoor dinners. Practical bench dishwasher in the kitchen. From the kitchen, you access two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed for two people. This cottage also has a bathroom with an incinerating toilet, sink, and washing machine. A shower is available adjacent to the sauna in the annex/sauna house. In a separate annex, also called a sauna house, there's a lovely sauna and a fully tiled shower room. There's also a comfortable bedroom with a sofa bed for two. Perfect for those who want to stay secluded from the others and have proximity to the sauna and especially the wood-fired hot tub outside. Imagine the luxury of being able to sauna and take a hot bath in this tranquil environment with the birds singing in the background! The accommodation is set on a hilly natural plot with a flat lawn below the house that invites play. Roslagen offers something for everyone! Here you live with convenient proximity, within walking distance to swimming in two different lakes and the fresh sea! Beautiful nature and hiking trails, pleasant restaurants, cafes, and much more. In old Norrtälje, you can stroll along the canal and enjoy good food in nice surroundings, take a boat trip to explore the archipelago and its rich island landscape.
