Very nice detached holiday home with sea view, which is located on a very well-kept garden plot of approx. 500 sqm with a green lawn on the peninsula of "Sant Antioco" - in the beautiful small bay and the child-friendly shallow waters of "Maladroxia". This very tastefully furnished house offers guests cosy comfort with a fantastic sea view and is just a 7-minute walk from the crystal-clear sea and white sandy beach.

The living space of approx. 120 square metres on 2 levels comprises the following rooms and offers a maximum occupancy of 6 persons:
1 large living room with large fireplace and exit to the furnished panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic sunset with a glass of wine - a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with bunk beds - 1 bathroom with shower/ WC/ bidet and another bathroom with bathtub/ shower/ WC/ bidet.
In the rear outdoor area there is another furnished terrace with a brick barbecue fireplace and a wonderful small outdoor seating area with loungers for relaxing.

Additional equipment: TV-SAT - washing machine - fridge-freezer - gas hob with oven - dishwasher - toaster - coffee machine - barbecue fireplace - outdoor shower - mosquito screens on the windows - fans - private car parking spaces directly in front of the house.
This holiday home does not need air conditioning as it is situated on a higher hillside with plenty of fresh air circulation from the sea and all rooms are sufficiently cooled.

Location and surroundings of object

There is a restaurant, pizzeria and bar directly in the bay of "Maladroxia". The next bigger village is "Sant` Antioco" in approx. 7 km where you will find all shopping and service facilities, great restaurants, pizzerias, bars and supermarkets.
Other beautiful beaches can be reached in just a few minutes by car, such as CALASETTA or PORTO-PINO.
Interesting sights in the region are the caves of "Zuddas" and the island of "Carloforte".
A day boat trip with a meal on board is also worth experiencing.
The capital CAGLIARI with its airport is approx. 1 hour's drive away. Travelling time from OLBIA approx. 3.5 hours and from ALGHERO approx. 3 hours.
