Light, luxury and personal spaceThe villa is 70 m² and features a cosy living room with lots of natural light, a seating area with TV, a large dining table, and a modern open kitchen with cooking island, combi oven, dishwasher and induction hob with integrated extractor.There are two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.

Rooftop terrace and garden – always a sunny spotEnjoy the morning sun in the garden with a dining table, and head to the spacious rooftop terrace with sun loungers in the afternoon. Whether you’re relaxing with a drink or stretching out in the sun – there’s always a perfect place to be.

Sustainable and completeThis villa is fully electric and equipped with solar panels, a heat pump, and a private parking space. And good news: pets are welcome, so your dog can come along too.
