use the smaller part of the terrace, while the residents of the holiday apartment have the somewhat larger part of the terrace and the rear part of the garden as well as a garden table with chairs at their disposal. A separating privacy screen is available on the terrace. A friendly agreement with the very nice female students is expected.

The driveway offers a parking space for one car, and bicycles can be stored in the garage. Long-term rental is also possible, which makes the apartment interesting for tradespeople as well.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment in order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

All windows and the terrace door are equipped with additional pollen protection screens.
