Discover the charming holiday home "Villa Nebenan" in Flensburg. The holiday home, renovated by us in 2022 and lovingly furnished, is in a quiet location looking for conscientious guests - perfect for a relaxing vacation between the North and Baltic Seas.
Across a total of 125 sqm and two floors, our house features a bright, spacious entry area, through which one enters the open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is direct access to a small sunny terrace with a generous natural garden. Also located on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet.
On the 1st floor are 3 rooms, one of which is equipped with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as 1 shower room with toilet. Parking and bike storage facilities are located directly on the property.
Our Villa-Nebenan is a non-smoking house and can be booked for 3 nights or more.
For your comfort, beds are made and towels are included.

Our "Villa Nebenan" is located in Flensburg-Tarup on the southern outskirts in a quiet, green residential area, with good transport connections. In summer, the nearby beaches invite you to relax and even in autumn and winter, the coastal region is an ideal place for extensive walks along the North and Baltic Seas.

Lovingly furnished house with everything you need
In the villa next door, the three of us friends felt at home immediately after a warm personal greeting. The high-quality furnishings with a very well-equipped kitchen are modern, stylish, and yet cozy. The room layout with a double room and a twin room is ideal; additionally, a separate sofa bed for up to two more people can be used if needed. The two bathrooms, each with a shower, are practical. The cleanliness of the entire house was impeccable. Unfortunately, we had too little time to enjoy the sun on the terrace or in the garden.
Communication with Jutta Remmer via email, phone, WhatsApp, or in person was always friendly and accommodating before and during our stay. Even with a last-minute question about using the ceramic cooktop, she spontaneously came over from the neighboring house to help.
The location on the eastern outskirts of Flensburg is quiet. Nevertheless, a bakery, a pharmacy, and the bus stop towards the city center on Taruper Hauptstraße, as well as the family home (originally decisive for the booking), are within walking distance. A parking space is located directly in front of the door on the property.
Our short vacation was over far too quickly; we would have liked to stay longer.
