Villa Sofia is a ground-floor holiday home located in the village of Valtura, just 13 km from the historic city of Pula and only 6.1 km from Pula Airport. The house is suitable for up to six guests and offers a practical base for exploring the Istrian region.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool, sunbeds, a lounge set, a barbecue, and a terrace with a dining area. The fully fenced property includes three private parking spots for added convenience.

The villa features three bedrooms, each with a double bed, desk, TV, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate guest toilet. The living room provides a comfortable space to relax, and the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking.

Several beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, including Uvala Kale (8.4 km), Šišan (10 km), Valsaline Beach (15.1 km), and the picturesque Ambrela, Valkane, and Hawaii beaches - all around 16 km from the villa. The vibrant resort town of Medulin, with its popular sandy beach Bijeca, is only 9 km away.
