Mezzolago di Ledro, 650 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The residence is located in the quiet village of Mezzolago, in a sunny and peaceful area, just 600 metres from the shores of the lake. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. 2 private parking spaces and bicycle storage room

Central heating (oil). not included in the price. Children's toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board and washing machine.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO detector and a fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-May to mid-September, 5 m x 10 m, 1.2 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday apartment leads over an internal staircase and the balcony directly into the vestibule with wardrobe.
1st floor: Living room with sitting area, TV and access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and hairdryer.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 3 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed, (garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs, parasol) and it is a French double bed with a width of approx. 140 cm.

The organisation of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 80 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: heating 15 € per object per day.
