Welcome to beautiful South Istria! Villa Mare e Sole is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. Enjoy the clean outdoor area with a private, heated saltwater pool. The property borders a small forest, which provides plenty of privacy and tranquility. The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. The villa has 5 smart TVs and 5 air conditioners.
There are four double beds, one of which can be converted into two single beds. One of the double beds is an extra-length bed measuring 220 cm in length.
A travel cot can be provided on site.
Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are available in the accommodation. The house also includes a hair dryer, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kettle.
Outside, there is a large dining table and a grill available. Enjoy a few quiet hours at the pool on the comfortable loungers or use the table tennis table and a badminton set with net for a change.
The property is completely fenced, which makes it suitable for bringing pets. Inside the fence, there is a very large carport, extra parking spaces without cover to the left of the house and parking spaces outside the property, plus a bicycle garage.

Location and surroundings of object
Liznjan is a picturesque village in Istria, Croatia, known for its pristine nature and kilometers of coastline with turquoise-blue bays. 200 meters from the house, there is a paved football/basketball court and an outdoor fitness facility. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Only 1.2 km of paved road separates you from the sea in Liznjan. There in the harbor is a family beach, with a large water bouncy castle, beach volleyball court, playground, and several beach bars. Those who wish for more privacy can drive along the picturesque, kilometer-long coastal road and make themselves comfortable in one of the turquoise-blue bays. The harbor also has a slipway that can be used free of charge and plenty of free parking spaces. The area is also excellent for cycling and offers many marked bike paths.
The well-known town of Medulin is just a few minutes away. It is 10km to Pula, and 14km to the airport. Fazana is located 25km from Liznjan, from where you can take a ferry to the island of Brijuni and the National Park located there, and to the Old Golf Course Brioni. The nature reserve Premantura is 12km away and invites you for a full day for the family and adventurers. There you will find stunning beaches with green-blue water, fairy-tale caves, cliffs for jumping for both young and old, snorkeling, viewpoints, a dinosaur park, bars, and restaurants. The Istrian jewel Rovinj is just 40 minutes away from the villa. Rovinj attracts with picturesque scenery, beautiful beaches, a charming old town with unique shops, bars, and restaurants, the historic wall, and the Church of St. Euphemia.
