Villa Lina is a beautiful villa, nestled in the greenery of the Marche landscape. Modern, bright, and designed to offer maximum comfort, it is the perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday in a completely new and lovingly detailed accommodation. The villa, which can accommodate up to 14 people, consists of a main house and an outbuilding overlooking the pool. The main house extends over two levels, which are connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of:
- a large open area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV, sofas, and dining tables that can accommodate up to 14 people. A large window door floods the room with light and leads to the outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool. - 2 bedrooms with double bed;
- one bedroom with 2 single beds;
- 2 bathrooms with shower;
- a storage room with washing machine, available to guests.
The internal staircase in the atrium of the building leads to the first floor, where there is:
- a large open area with a living room with TV, table, and sofas. There is also a second fully equipped kitchen. From the living area, there is access to a balcony with a panoramic view of the swimming pool;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony;
- a bedroom with 2 single beds;
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- 2 bathrooms with a shower;
- a storage room with a washing machine, which is available to guests. The independent annex, which is accessible via the garden, is ideal for those seeking more privacy and consists of an open space containing:
- a double bed;
- an equipped kitchenette, a television, and a dining table;
- a bathroom with a shower.
Villa Lina is equipped with underfloor cooling. It also features a modern home automation system, which allows you to manage the main functions of the house in a simple and intuitive manner, as well as an external video surveillance system and an alarm system.
With a magnificent panoramic view of the countryside and the surrounding hills, Villa Lina offers a peaceful and relaxing environment, ideal for your stay. The villa is surrounded by a large private garden with evergreen artificial turf, which guarantees a well-maintained appearance throughout the year. Flower beds and trees enrich the garden with colors, scents, and shaded areas, while some sections with natural grass complement the setting and create a harmonious green space, ideal for outdoor relaxation. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the beautiful private swimming pool cleaned with saltwater, featuring a shallow beach, ideal for the little ones or for relaxing leisurely in the water. The solarium area is paved and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas – perfect for enjoying the sun. Next to the main house, there is an outdoor dining area covered by an awning that accommodates a large table for 14 people, ideal for lunch and dinner outdoors with a view of the pool. Not far away, you can comfortably cook outdoors on a large grill.
Adjacent to the annex, guests will find a second relaxation area with outdoor sofas, a coffee table, and a ping pong table - perfect for unwinding or enjoying an aperitif at sunset. Here you will also find a panoramic swing, offering a privileged view of the pool: a perfect spot for reading, resting, or simply to let yourself be lulled into tranquility.
The property is completely fenced and accessible through an automatic gate. It features a private parking lot with a column equipped with two charging stations for electric vehicles.

Villa Lina is located near Morrovalle, a charming hilltop village in the heart of the Marche, just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea.
Surrounded by greenery and overlooking a panorama that includes the rural landscape of Macerata, the villa is the ideal starting point for a vacation full of relaxation and discoveries. During a walk through the historic center of Morrovalle, you will feel as if you are stepping back in time: cobblestone alleys, ancient wall paintings, and impressive views lead you to Palazzo Lazzarini, an elegant building from the 17th century, which today houses the town hall. Not far away, cultural and musical events take place at the Auditorium Borgo Marconi, providing entertaining moments in the heart of the village. About 20 minutes by car, you can visit two gems of the region: Recanati, the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi, and Loreto with the famous Basilica of the Holy House, a pilgrimage destination and a center of spirituality. If you are a nature lover and hiker, expect trails through forests, cultivated fields, and vineyards. Alternatively, you can follow the wine and food routes of the area and let yourself be seduced by the local flavors. Among other things, Verdicchio, a famous white wine, and "Brodetto di pesce" (fish soup), a symbolic dish of the coastal cuisine of the Marche region.
For a day at the sea, the sandy beaches of Civitanova Marche and Porto Recanati are the closest and can be easily reached in about 20 minutes. Here you will find beach resorts, sea-view restaurants, and public beach areas to enjoy the sun in complete freedom. In particular, Civitanova also offers a lively nightlife, trendy clubs, and shopping stores.
If you want to explore the wildest coast, you can reach the Riviera del Conero with its coves and the crystal-clear sea of Numana, Sirolo, and Portonovo in about 40 minutes.
And for an educational experience that is also suitable for children, you can drive to the spectacular Frasassi caves, which are about an hour away. An incredible underground world of stalactites, stalagmites, and majestic caves: one of the largest and most fascinating karst complexes in Europe.

Super mega villa for families with children
Very beautiful villa where you can spend time and relax with the whole family. Very nice hosts and very friendly and helpful. I will vacation there again with family and friends. Missing everyone there.
