We really enjoyed it. There was nothing to complain about. There are even bike racks to lock up the bikes - great! If we could wish for something: a site map that also shows the waste area and the additional parking space (we were on site with 2 cars) (we found both on the 2nd day). And a note for the bottle container would also be helpful. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

The mattresses were a bit hard. But that's a matter of taste. Unfortunately, we had no Wi-Fi access for all the days... that was a bit annoying. The access data was entered multiple times on all devices, without success. The issue was reported, but there was no solution to the problem until departure. Internet detox is also good sometimes. All in all, the accommodation was very pleasantly designed with good amenities. The location is beautiful with a view of the lake and the sunrise.

We had a very nice time in the vacation apartment. The location is perfect and so is the equipment.

The communication regarding the extension of the stay you offered needs to be optimized; Topic: "double collection of tourist tax." As a small point of criticism, we would like to suggest that a guest folder be provided in the accommodation, which includes insider information on restaurants, bakeries/roll delivery service, public transport, excursion opportunities, etc. For example, we only discovered a nearby roll delivery service by chance on the second to last day. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and will recommend you, and of course the beautiful region, further.

The apartment itself was very clean, the balcony unfortunately not swept, the railings of the balcony and the outside stairs should be freed from cobwebs, that would perfect the overall impression. Removing the cobwebs in the gable area above the balcony would also be advisable and would make sitting on the balcony even more pleasant. Nevertheless, I had a very nice and relaxing time and would love to come back. Best regards, Kirsten Vogler
