The bright, comfortable holiday flat (60 sqm) is cosily furnished and is located on the first floor of a terraced end house in a well-kept, quiet residential area. On two floors there is enough space for a holiday with 3 (+1) persons (2 adults + 2 small children or 3 adults). Here you will find a fitted kitchen with a small dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge with 4-star freezer compartment as well as a filter coffee machine, milk frother, kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, waffle iron, table grill for paninis, meat or vegetables and a raclette with hot stone. The kitchen-dining area has a light-coloured tiled floor.
Due to the central location of the flat, many shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are within walking, cycling or bus distance. There are public Wi-Fi hotspots at the market square and the train station in Norden, which you can use free of charge. There is also free Wi-Fi in the flat.
Out of consideration for other guests (especially allergy sufferers), pets are generally not allowed. Smoking is possible on the covered balcony in all weathers, the flat is smoke-free.
Via the spacious dining area with glass bay window and table with 4 chairs you reach the furnished west-facing balcony. The party at home is made possible by a powerful DAB radio with many digital interfaces: USB, Bluetooth streaming and also a CD drive. The cosy living room with comfortable corner sofa has a large LED TV (80cm, 32 inch) with DVD/Blue Ray player and is located in the loft (carpeted). The large bedroom with double bed (180x200) and spacious wardrobe and the small bedroom with large single bed (120x200) have vinyl floors. In the daylight bathroom with large shower cubicle (low entry, 85x85), corner shelf, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, there is also a washing machine for free use. For a family holiday with a small child, a travel baby cot incl. mattress, a child's high chair, dishwasher-suitable children's crockery and a baby food warmer are of course available free of charge.
A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house, which is located in a quiet play street. You can safely store your bicycles/prams in the small, lockable hut that belongs to the flat. It is only about 1 km to the centre of Norden and about 2.5 km to the spa centre in Norddeich by the sea. Numerous shopping facilities as well as a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity (bakery, butcher about 5 minutes walk, discounter, McDonalds, drugstore, pharmacy about 3 minutes by car). Delicacies can be bought at the Bahlsen Outlet a few minutes away. Some good restaurants as well as the beautiful shopping mile of Norden are also within walking distance.
In addition to many events in the region (kite festival, open air cinema on the beach, Easter fire and Easter market, Wickinger festival, wine festival, autumn market, etc.), the surrounding area invites you to attractive day trips by bike, car or boat (Lütetsburg moated castle, Greetsiel, seal banks, Norderney Island or Juist, etc.).
The nearby Thalasso Wellness Centre in Norddeich and the renowned Kunsthalle in Emden guarantee pure relaxation even on sunless days. The island of Norderney is one of the first certified Thalasso North Sea spas in Germany - it's worth a visit!

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located between Norden and Norddeich and can be easily reached by car or by train. A bus stop is only a few minutes' walk away (Parkstrasse). The train station in Norden is approx. 3.5 km away.
Arrival by car:
From the motorway exit Emden-Nord (A 31) to the holiday flat it takes about 40 minutes. Leave the motorway in the direction of Georgsheil / Aurich. In Georgsheil, turn left towards the town of Norden and you will arrive directly in the centre of Norden. From here it is only a few kilometres to the holiday home.
Arrival by train:
You can travel directly to Norden Hbf or Norddeich Mole by Deutsche Bahn. There are regular IC, Interregio and local trains from Cologne Hbf to Norden Hbf in about 4 hours. From Norden Hbf station to the holiday flat it is only a few minutes by car or approx. 30 min on foot.
If you take the IC train to Norddeich Mole, you can easily take the 412 bus in the direction of Norden and reach the Parkstrasse stop in 5 minutes. After a 5 min walk you have reached your holiday home and your holiday can begin. Norden is located on the East Frisian North Sea coast, on the edge of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea and is the oldest town in East Frisia. Due to its direct location by the sea, the historical history of the town of Norden and the surrounding region, there is plenty of variety on offer.
Due to the good location of the holiday flat between Norden and Norddeich, you have the possibility to enjoy the advantages of both places and do not even need a car. Norden offers a very beautiful, old town centre with a pedestrian zone that invites you to go shopping
Numerous leisure activities such as water sports (surfing, kite surfing, swimming), mudflat walks, cycling, inline skating, golf and horse riding are possible.

A beautiful and cozy vacation apartment

Gut gelegene Unterkunft
Doppelbett Knakt bei jedem drehen,Fahradschuppen zu klein und zu eng zu den anderen Mieter .
Mültonnen wurden von anderen Mietern benutzt .Schlafzimmer sehr klein .Es ist eine ruhiege Wohnlage .

We had a great week in the holiday apartment, everything was tip top and the furnishings were very nice. We didn't miss anything. You can get everywhere by bus with the tourist tax certificate for €1. Norden is a beautiful town, Greetsiel is worth a visit, and Norderney by ferry if you want a sandy beach. Norddeich is also very beautiful. All in all, we would love to come back.

Gut für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Wer nicht in den Sommerferien reisen muss, sollte eine andere Zeit wählen, in der Norddeich nicht so voll ist. Die Wohnung liegt günstig, die Umgebung ist gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Super schöne Wohnung
Sehr saubere gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Balkon könnte etwas größer sein und die Stühle bequemer. WLAN funktioniert leider nicht im Wohnzimmer, dass sich ganz oben unter dem Dach befindet.
Der Standort ist perfekt für Fahrradtouren nach den verschiedenen Sielen.

Ganz klleiner Mängel: Doppelschlafzimmer zu enger Einstieg, Fenster läst sich nur öffnen wenn man sich aufs Bett kniet. Unser Tip 2 Einzelbetten -dann ist genug Platz für einstieg und Fenster.

Wunderschöner Osterurlaub in Norden
Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Alles super sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Netter Empfang und Übergabe durch Herrn Pilger.
Da wir die ganze Woche Sonnenschein hatten konnten wir die Abendsonne noch auf dem kleinen überdachten Balkon genießen. Mit dem Fahrrad konnte man die Gegend super erkundigen. Zentrale Lage.

Angehmer Urlaub in sehr ruhigem Umfeld.
Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr eng, obwohl das Bett nur 180 cm breit ist. Man kann sich neben dem Bett kaum drehen.
Umsichtiger und freudlicher Hausverwalter (Hr. Pilger). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung.

Very nice holiday flat
Very nice and fully equipped holiday flat, nothing was missing. The bakery and butcher are around the corner, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. With the 1 euro per way tourist ticket you can travel all over Friesland by bus, also the bus stop is around the corner. We felt very comfortable here and I will definitely come back.

Entspannter Urlaub in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung
Die FeWo ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns - wie beim letzten Mal - sehr wohlgefühlt. Der überdachte Balkon und das gemütliche Wohnzimmer unter dem Dach haben sicher auch dazu beigetragen. Bereits die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und auch der Kontakt während der gesamten Zeit unseres Urlaubs war sehr nett. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums (fußläufig etwa 15 Minuten), aber dafür sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurant) sind aber in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Gemütliche Wohnung

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Leider waren wir im Zeitraum des Corona-Virus hier sodass wir nur beschränkte Besichtigungsmöglichkeiten hatten.
Wir haben uns ein Fahrrad geliehen und die Gegend so erkundet (Fahrradverleih zu Fuß gut erreichbar und Preis-Leistung gut); wetterabhängig (Achtung Wind);
Ein Fahrrad ist sehr empfehlenswert um sich längere Fußweg zum Meer oder in die Innenstadt zu ersparen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Bäckerei r und Metzgerei sind jedoch fußgängig sehr gut zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke für den schönen Kurzurlaub.

Perfekte Unterkunft für den Nordseeurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung war für uns die perfekte Unterkunft für einen klassischen Nordseeurlaub zu zweit. Die Wohnung bietet für zwei Personen genügend Platz sowie in kleines, schnuckelig eingerichtetes Obergeschoss und die Ausstattung für Küche, Mobiliar oder Haushaltsgeräte ist absolut ausreichend. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man ein Einkaufszentrum, in der anderen Richtung liegt - ebenfalls nach nur wenigen Auto-Minuten - der Strand. Auch nach etwa einer halben Stunde entspanntem Spaziergang kommt man an der Küste raus.

Wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Wir haben knapp eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen, gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verbringen dürfen.
Das Wohnzimmer unter dem Dach ist sehr gemütlich, ebenso sind die Küche und der Eßbereich hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sehr schön sind auch die zur Verfügung stehenden Spiele und Bücher.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Fewo sehr genossen. Die Besuche in der Seehundstation und im Waloseum haben sich gelohnt, sogar unsere kleine Tochter war begeistert. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es auch zum Meer nicht weit. Und ein Besuch in Greetsiel können wir empfehlen. Wir bedanken und und werden sie weiterempfehlen.

Gerne wieder
Ich war mit einer Freundin im Juni für ein verlängertes WE in der Wohnung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die WOH liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen, das Zentrum kann aber zu Fuß noch gut erreicht werden. Bäcker, Metzger und ein Restaurant befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Norden eignet sich gut als ruhiger Ausgangspunkt zur Besichtigung der anderen Orte. Wir würden die WOH wieder buchen.

Kurzurlaub in einer geschmackvollen Fewo
Vielen Dank für die geschmackvolle Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wohnung optimal eingerichtet, inkl. DVD-Player, Bücher (auch Kinderbücher) und Grill auf der überdachten Terasse. PKW-Stellplatz vorhanden.
Gute Ausgangslage zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto zum Strand und anderen Freizeitmöglickeiten. Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
