Situated on a charming family campsite right on the picturesque Hegermeer, this lovely cabin offers a perfect retreat for families and nature lovers. On the terrace you can enjoy relaxing evenings. Inside, the interior is simple, pleasant and cosy designed. 1 sleeping unit has a double bed and 1 unit with 2 bunk beds. Very cosy for children.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and the living room has a television for entertainment. The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. For the children there are playground equipment and an indoor play area, but also cool mammoth go-karts with which they can race across the terrain.
A top location on the Hegermeer offers direct access to a beautiful harbour where you can rent a sloop or sailing boat on site but also enjoy a lovely swim. A walk to the nearby village of Heeg is highly recommended, with cosy terraces on the water and charming boutiques. For entertainment, the campsite has a recreation room with a table football game and other games, as well as a playground for children. It is an ideal place for family fun and relaxation amidst a beautiful landscape on the water.

Got around okay on my own, enjoyed watching boats from the jetty and walking towards Heeg village at my own pace with ease.

We found the double bed really comfortable and appreciated having a cozy living room with TV to chill after outings. It felt like a lovely little getaway just for two.

Checked in late and it took under five minutes before we were inside relaxing. We used the terrace most evenings and cooked meals daily in the kitchen. The bathroom’s walk-in shower provided extra comfort each morning while indoor play areas kept children happily occupied when it rained.

Quick trip to relax by the water with easy access to the harbour and some nice shops nearby. The kids loved racing the go-karts!
