Alles war wirklich sehr schön und hatte eine besondere, ruhige Atmosphäre. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Nur in einer Sache gab es ein kleines Problem: Ich habe dem Personal über den Kontakt eine Nachricht wegen des TV-Passworts im Zimmer der Kinder geschickt, aber bis zu unserem Check-out habe ich leider keine Antwort erhalten. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

We saw silverfish in the hallway and bathrooms at night, we had already encountered that during our vacation in August 25, but I didn't want to report it because of "one little creature." Maybe you could look into it and set up bait boxes, for example. That should help get the issue under control. A shelf for shampoo/soap would be good in the shower. We couldn't get the sauna to temperature; it warmed up slightly but not properly. The black switch at the top of the sauna ceiling seems to be stuck / defective. Should it be like this? Maybe we did something wrong or overlooked something. We otherwise felt very comfortable; it is very good that the terrace is now covered.
