Unwind at the Baltic Sea!
Take a holiday from everyday life and relax in the charming holiday home Lillesand. The house, renovated in 2020, is located in the small village of Kaköhl near Sehlendorf beach.
The first step into the cosy little house is a wonderful start to your holiday. It has been extensively renovated and stylishly refurnished.
The detached, single-storey house offers 86 square metres of space for up to 6 people and up to two dogs. In the large bedroom there is a double bunk bed next to the double bed. In the small bedroom there are two single beds. An additional baby cot is available on request.
The lovingly furnished and cosy living room also has a spacious dining area. The living room leads directly onto the beautiful sunny terrace. There you can barbecue or linger comfortably in the beach chair.
Our little guests can safely set sail with the sandbox sailboat.
There is also a place for two people in the new kitchen. A beautiful bathroom with barrier-free shower is of course also included.
The hallway is very spacious and has plenty of room for jackets and shoes.
The house has a beautiful garden (approx. 500 sqm) with a large terrace. Here you can barbecue, chill or whatever your heart desires.

Location and surroundings of object
The Sehlendorf beach can be reached comfortably in a few minutes by bike, sporty people can also do it on foot. A bicycle rental service brings the bicycles to the house if required and then picks them up again, a great service.
For dog lovers, a holiday here is a dream. There is so much to discover and relaxed walks, for example on the beach or on the cliffs, are simply fun.
Golf or horse lovers will not miss out here either. You will find both in the nearby surroundings.
There is a surfing school and a sailing school in Sehlendorf. Why not try something new?
If the weather is bad, your children will love the bathing paradise at Weissenhäuser Strand. Or why not go for a stroll through the old town of Lütjenburg. You can also simply make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace and read again.

Mega great vacation apartment
We were there in September 2024 and it was really beautiful. The location, the apartment was wonderful. The equipment is great, nothing was missing. Super clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. For me personally, the countless books available were excellent. It was pure vacation. Dogs are also very welcome. They felt absolutely comfortable in the small garden. We will gladly return. Thank you very much for the great stay. Warm greetings from Nuremberg, Thomas, Andrea, Annemarie, Rusty, and Ben.
