Equipment: Fly screens on doors and windows are missing, resulting in many flies and mosquitoes in the house, not a big effort. Cleanliness: Planting in front of the house is unkempt, diminishing the first impression. Service: After reporting ants in the bedroom, there was no immediate response; only 2 days later did someone come with traps. This could be better.
