Look forward to a comfortable and very well-maintained 3-room vacation apartment with modern tile flooring, 3 HDTV sets, a furnished balcony, and a sauna in the building.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, cable TV, and Blu-ray player, a stereo system with CD player, a dining area, and a complete kitchenette.
The kitchenette has a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Two bedrooms—each with a TV, double bed (180 x 200 cm), blackout curtains, and wardrobe—provide space for the whole family.
A crib and high chair can be provided for a fee if needed.
An ironing board and iron are available. A safe as well.

Two chic bathrooms each offer a level-entry real glass shower, towel dryer, toilet, and hair dryer. One of the bathrooms is a daylight bathroom with a window. The apartment includes a beautiful balcony with a table and chairs, enjoying the afternoon and evening sun.

A parking space in the underground garage (entrance height 1.90 m) is already included in the price.
Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack in the underground garage.
For e-bikes, a lockable cellar room is available, which can be conveniently reached without stairs through the underground garage. Please contact us if necessary. On the ground floor, a sauna (for a fee/coins) with a shower and relaxation room is available to the guests of the house.

In the laundry room in the underground garage, you can use the washing machine and dryer (for a fee/coins).

Maximum occupancy: 4 people + baby in a portable crib.
