the spacious living room has a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, radio, flat screen TV,
free Wi-Fi, a couch with a sleeping function and an exit to the comfortably furnished south-facing balcony
For romantic evenings, you can light the ethanol fireplace in the living room.
In the bedroom you will find a wardrobe, double bed and external blinds for complete darkening if required
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine.
If required, a cot and high chair can be rented for a fee.
The flat is on the first floor.
A parking space in the multi-storey car park (entrance height 1.90m) is included.

The holiday flat is located in Haus Granitz, only a 3-minute walk from the white bathing beach and the beach promenade of the seaside resort of Binz. The pier and the town centre are less than 5 minutes away. Numerous shopping facilities and various restaurants can be found near the flat.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Zentral mit Balkon
toller Service, sauber, wir haben viel Zeit und Ruhe auf dem Balkon verbracht - die Hausanlage ist idyllisch. Binz ist immer wieder schön.

Super für unsere Familie!
Mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind hatten wir in der Fewo 11 im Haus Granitz schöne Ferientage! Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fix ereicht. Das war auch mit unserer Kleinen kein Problem. Das Haus ist trotz der zentralen Lage recht ruhig gelegen und man kann zusätzlich im Schlafzimmer auch Außenrolläden herunterfahren.
Das ist dann schön dunkel und unsre Maus hat schön lange geschlafen :) ...

Poor final cleaning
The flat is modernly furnished but all that doesn't help if it is not clean. For 65€ final cleaning you can expect a clean flat. The shower in the bathroom probably hasn't seen a cleaning agent for a long time. There were lime stains everywhere and wobbly parts in the shower. Unfortunately, I first took the hoover myself and removed the blond hair from the previous tenant and the dust fluff in the corners. After that we could enjoy it a bit and still had a great holiday.

Das Bad wird natürlich zu jeder Endreinigung mit Spezialreinigungsmitteln geputzt. Wenn das nicht der Fall gewesen wäre, hätten Sie uns mit Sicherheit sofort kontaktiert ;) …
Es tut uns aber natürlich leid und wir bitten um Entschuldigung, daß bei der Reinigung des Bades offensichtlich etwas übersehen wurde. Leider hatten Sie uns vor Ort nicht informiert, sonst hätte das Reinigungsteam für Sie natürlich nachgereinigt.
Die Vorarbeiterin wird Ihre Hinweise bei der nächsten Reinigung sorgfältig prüfen, so daß dann alles wieder wie gewohnt sehr sauber und ansprechend sein wird.
