The Ocean View Villa offers a generous 203 m² living space and is beautifully furnished to provide you with comfort and style. Nestled on a 325 m² fenced private property, this villa offers a welcoming and tranquil retreat for up to 6 guests – ideal for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and adventure.
Upon arrival, you will appreciate the convenience of a parking space with room for up to two cars, ensuring easy access throughout your stay. A video surveillance system at the entrance provides additional security, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation without any worries.
Equipped with free Wi-Fi and a fully air-conditioned ventilation system throughout the villa, your comfort is guaranteed all year round. Although the villa is located 2 km from the coastal road (slightly uphill), a car is recommended for convenient access to nearby attractions. Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by a cozy and stylishly furnished living area on the ground floor, inviting relaxation and enjoyment. The space features comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious kitchen island and four stools. All areas are equipped with sliding doors to the pool and offer views of the beautiful infinity pool and the sparkling sea. Enjoy your meals outdoors in the indoor/outdoor area, complemented by a gas grill for delicious outdoor dining.
The highlight of the villa is the private, heated infinity pool (8 x 3.5 m) with a counter-current system and an advanced electrolysis filter system without chlorine for a gentle and skin-friendly bathing experience. Relax on the terrace with six comfortable sun loungers in the sun or treat yourself to a refreshing outdoor shower after a day in the sun. An easy-to-open sunshade provides additional comfort.
For ultimate relaxation, the villa offers a luxurious retreat in the basement with a Finnish sauna and relaxation area. Here you will find two chairs, a yoga mat, and weights for your wellness program. The laundry room is equipped with an iron, washing machine, and dryer, providing additional convenience.
On the first floor, you will find three beautifully furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (Southwest) offers a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a desk, a television, air conditioning, and a stunning sea view.
