The domicile is also popular due to the view of the mountains from the property. For shared use, the following are available: lawn, sunshade, and sun lounger. Wildschönau, 875 m above sea level. The studio is located on an open property. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The Schatzberghaus is an apartment complex with 100 units. The holiday apartments TIR KIZ 086 (for 2 people), TIR KIZ 087 and TIR KIZ 088 (each for 4 people) are located in the same apartment complex. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking in the garage and on the property.

The entrance to your studio is on different floors, covered and at ground level, leading directly into the living/bedroom. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with TV, electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
