Welcome to our wooden barn! Yes, you heard right: barn.
Who cares about boring villas? Here you get rustic charm right in your face, mixed with a shot of modern comfort that doesn’t throw you completely back to the Stone Age. Ready for a few quirks?
The open-plan kitchen? Spacious enough so you’re not stepping on each other’s toes—and packed with everything you need. The dining table is big. Really big. Ideal for shared meals or just to sit far away from the kids for once.
Two bedrooms. Beds. Period. They are comfortable, so you can finally get some rest after filling your day with "experiences." And because we know you don't want to share: There are two simple bathrooms. No morning fight over the mirror. Luxury, right?
The absolute killer argument: The private sauna! (HUGE 9 sqm) After your oh-so "eventful" day – or simply because you were too lazy to do anything – you can sweat here and pretend you're relaxing. Afterwards? Head outside to the fire and barbecue area. Grill. Sip some Piccolo. Or just sit together nicely. However you like.
The barn cinema: Your chill cave for the big screen
Finally, some space! Forget those cramped home cinemas – here you get the full dose of "authentically well-worn" and gigantic. Welcome to our barn cinema, a space so large that your bad mood will fade away in it. The room is dark, of course—that’s the point. And it is HUGE, approx. 600 cubic meters!!! Not a cozy cinema, but a cathedral of film art.
The walls? Made of old, untreated boards. There are gaps between them. Yes, gaps! That’s our unique, natural air exchange. Enjoy the sounds from outside and the slightly uneasy feeling of not being completely alone. This is not a flaw, this is an atmospheric 4D experience!
This cinema hall is:
As big as an airplane hangar: Perfect for really spreading out.
Dark and dim: Ideal conditions for bad jokes and even worse movies.
Historically uninsulated: If it’s cold, just put on a second sweater. After all, it’s a barn, not a wellness temple.
So, grab some popcorn, keep quiet, and head into our movie-worthy wooden shack! You’ll only find a cinema experience like this here – "In the Dust of the Stars"
Playing field

The perfect distraction: cooking, eating, heating, and switching off your brain – all in one room. The wood-burning stove provides honest warmth, while the TV makes it possible for you to forget the nature outside for a while, or if the movie in the barn cinema is too cheesy. (Chaos is welcome, but please tidy up before you leave.)
Bathroom – Access to the sauna
The contrast program: Yes, you read that right, a real bathroom with direct access to the sauna! We overcame ourselves to install modern comfort into the crooked clay walls.
Eat-in kitchen
The command center: Not a showroom, but a workspace. Cooks, sizzles, makes chaos.
The stove works, the coffee machine too – everything that happens in between is your responsibility.
(P.S.: We have the most important things here. Whether you conjure up a 10-course meal is your problem.)
Attic Room Small
Here, silence speaks louder than any decoration.
The light falls through the iron mullioned window like a grid of time.
It does not separate, it connects – inside and outside, human and world, sleep and awakening. From the kitchen you go directly to the outdoor area with seating.
Everything flows into each other, without thresholds, without fear of thresholds.
The path from the cutting board to the ray of sunshine is short, but it tells everything: of closeness, warmth, community – and the need not to separate life into “inside” and “outside.”

Honestly: We’re quite glad that most tourist hordes just speed past us on the B105 with their caravans. While they’re stuck in traffic on the “highway” to the coast, we’re sitting back and relaxing south of the line.
Where are we? Right in the “sweet spot” of Mecklenburg. 10 km to the Salzhaff (for those who like it quiet) and 20 km to the Baltic Sea (for those who need sand in their shoes). We have the sea in the front yard, but not the noise in the house.
Whoever finds us may stay.
Whoever just passes through has simply missed something.

As a special feature, the property borders directly on an old manor park, where cranes nest and frogs and toads give a concert in spring. Our old tomcat prowls through the grass. Experience an unforgettable stay amidst authentic nature and rustic charm – ideal for anyone who wants to escape everyday life and let their soul unwind. My wife and I are trying to maintain an oasis somewhat apart from the mainstream.
