From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price, but at least €30.00. iii. From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. If a new booking is made after a cancellation or after an option has expired, room-4-u GmbH will charge a processing fee of €10.
