The minimum stay duration for this apartment in the peak season is always a full 7/14/21 days during this period! ! !
Arrival can take place from 4 PM. You will receive the keys to the apartment on the day of arrival in the key safe at the apartment door.
Departure should occur by 9:30 AM. The vacation apartment "Anton" (72 m²) situated on the 1st floor, is part of a 6-family vacation house located at Weidenweg 1e and offers both great proximity to the beach and town center.
From here, it is just a few steps to the fine sandy main beach of Karlshagen.
With a spacious living area, integrated kitchenette (fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven; dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, kettle), 2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200 cm, shower/WC, and furnished balcony. It is ideal for 2-4 people. Additionally, an extra bed for a 5th person on the comfortable and fold-out sofa bed in the living area is possible for a fee (10. - EURO / day and person).

The apartment has free WLAN. !
1 free car parking space is located directly in front of the house. Please note that charging an electric/hybrid car at the house via the vacation apartment's electrical network is explicitly NOT allowed. !!!
However, charging is possible at the "OIL gas station" in Karlshagen.
Laundry packages can be optionally booked (€25 per person, bedding only €15 per person, towels only €15 per person);
If booked optionally, the beds will of course already be made upon arrival for our guests. !
Pets max. 2; 2 dogs are allowed 9,- EURO per day/animal.
Max. 2 pets are always welcome after prior inquiry.
The windows are equipped with fly screens!

Just about a 2-minute walk to the beach.
Everything in the vicinity such as the main beach, promenade, shopping, restaurants, miniature golf, children's playground, and tennis court is within walking distance.
The apartment is centrally located at the beginning of the popular and well-known holiday resort "Dünenresidenz" in Karlshagen.

Getting to the island of Usedom by car:
After the A20 motorway exit at Gützkow-Insel Usedom, the B111 will take you to Wolgast and from there over the Wolgast bridge directly onto the island.
Continue driving to Bannemin at the traffic light intersection, then turn left towards Trassenheide/Peenemünde and proceed to Karlshagen.
In Karlshagen, after the Oil gas station in town, turn right.
After crossing the railway line, continue to the left towards Peenemünde. After about 400 meters past the entrance of the town, turn right onto Ostseestraße and go directly to the holiday resort "Dünenresidenz Karlshagen".
Arriving by DB Bahn on the island of Usedom:
to Züssow station, then change and continue with the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) to Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom, then change again and continue towards Karlshagen/Peenemünde.
Recommended leisure activities on the island of Usedom:
- "Karl's Erdbeerhof" in the seaside resort Koserow, reachable by car in about 20 minutes,
- Exploring the historic promenade and the pier in Ahlbeck,
- Visiting the butterfly farm in Trassenheide. 20-25 minutes away.
Free admission, as well as ample free parking on site.
An experience for the whole family, dogs allowed, open in any weather, 365 days a year.
- Treetop path in Heringsdorf. Superb overview of the island of Usedom and up to Poland.
- HTI Museum in Peenemünde versatile and interesting.
History of the V1 rocket research in World War II. Changing exhibitions. At times, musical events are also held in the former power station at Peenemünde.
