In this modern ambience, you will feel at home from the very first minute and can enjoy your holiday to the full.
With a living space of 200 m², this villa can accommodate up to six people.
The "Villa Flora" has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living area, a kitchen with dining area, a secluded outdoor patio area, where you will also find your private pool and a sunny roof terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful sea view.
As you enter this dreamlike holiday villa, the spacious and inviting living area with its cosy seating area and fireplace welcomes you into a pleasant atmosphere. The entertainment area with Samsung flat-screen TV and music system invites you to linger and enjoy a cosy film evening. The large dining table offers you enough space to enjoy your meals to the full.
Adjacent to the dining area you will find the bright and open-plan kitchen area, which is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The large side-by-side fridge-freezer with ice machine has enough capacity for your food. The oven and microwave are high-quality Siemens brand appliances. The dishwasher also makes washing up easier, giving you more time for the really important things on your holiday. The large induction hob is located on a kitchen hob with counter area. This allows you to socialise comfortably while cooking.
Enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee for a good start to the day, either with a normal filter coffee machine or with the Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule machine.
If you also need to be reachable on holiday and want to work online in your holiday accommodation, this is no problem at the "Villa Flora". A high-quality Apple PC and a fast fibre optic cable offer you the ideal conditions for a "workation" or "home office".
The living area leads to the outdoor patio area with its private pool and seating area. In this secluded outdoor area, you have the opportunity to enjoy the sun undisturbed without being seen from outside.
The outdoor area leads to the rear area of "Villa Flora", where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed (1.50m x 2.00m), the second bedroom has two beds (1.50m x 2.00m and 1.20m x 2.00m). Attached mosquito nets allow you to sleep peacefully. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet area with bidet.
A staircase leads from the outside area to the upper area of "Villa Flora". Here you will find another bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the large, sunny roof terrace. The bedroom has a large 2.00m x 2.00m double bed, a wall-mounted LG flat screen TV and a small cupboard safe.
In the large adjoining bathroom you have the choice between a large corner bath and a large walk-in shower. The toilet area with bidet is separate from the bathroom, as is the lower area.
There is also a hairdryer in each bathroom and a toploader washing machine in the upper bathroom, which you can use to wash your laundry easily and conveniently.
There are also plenty of large and small towels and hand soap available for our guests.
On the upper roof terrace you have sun all day long and a phenomenal view of the sea. Sun loungers and cosy benches invite you to linger.
We assure you that all our holiday accommodation is cleaned to the highest hygienic standards, so that nothing stands in the way of a safe holiday feeling and you don't have to worry about anything.

Costa Calma is a quiet town in the south of Fuerteventura with green areas and small shops.
The south of Fuerteventura is characterised by its beautiful wide sandy beaches and also offers a wide range of sporting activities from golf to water sports.
The Jandia golf course is around 20 km from the flat and the neighbouring town of La Pared, on the west coast of Fuerteventura, can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. The airport of Fuerteventura is 65 kilometres from Costa Calma.
