The holiday home Lüsthuuske (approx. 70 m² living space) has a living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen is located in a typical East Frisian veranda with dining area and beautiful views. The house features a modern bathroom with natural light, a secluded garden terrace with high-quality Fermob garden furniture, and a play and lawn area in the large garden. The detached Lüsthuuske accommodates 4 people for exclusive use.

Cancellation terms:

Here is the translation to English: The prospective tenant or tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time in writing. However, this does not eliminate the obligation to pay the agreed price. The prospective tenant or tenant will be released from this obligation if and to the extent that we are able to rent out the holiday home to someone else under the same conditions, or if the prospective tenant or tenant provides a replacement tenant. If there are special reasons relating to the person of the replacement tenant, we may refuse the rental. If it is not possible to rent out the property to someone else, we will refund the saved expenses. According to general experience and basic court rulings, these amount to 10 percent of the rental price. In the event of withdrawal up to 49 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental price is due. In the case of withdrawal up to 35 days before, 30% of the rental price is due; up to 21 days before, 60% is due. If you withdraw up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, 90 percent of the rental amount will be retained; after that, the entire rental price is due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Arrival by train:
Trains run to Norden/Norddeich and Esens. From Norden/Norddeich and Esens, spa buses are available. For train travel, please use the German Rail travel information at reiseauskunft.bahn.de.
Arrival by car:
Freeway A3 towards Oberhausen, A31 to Neermoor/Timmel, then B 210 via Aurich.
Freeway A29 to Wilhelmshafen, then B 210 via Jever/Wittmund. Highway A1->Highway A28 towards Oldenburg/Leer, exit Filsum, then B72 via Hesel/Aurich towards Norden.

Very cozy and beautiful accommodation.

A very beautiful and cozy holiday cottage. Quietly located and very well equipped. Nothing was missing. The photos on the homepage correspond to reality. Good shopping options for everyday needs are available about 2 km away in Dornum. We can only highly recommend this cottage.
