Very complete and very centrally located

We had a wonderful stay in this stylish apartment! The location is perfect for exploring Saalfelden and nearby Lake Zell. The living room was cozy, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchen for our home-cooked meals.

I would like to list the points individually: 1. We arrived on Saturday, 6. 9. 25, and found the key in the box. So far, okay. As described in the STAY TICKET, I contacted the contact person Mr. Tamas Szabo via WhatsApp. Quote from the STAY TICKET 1P 6G 3H TC from 24. 08. 2025: "Please contact us (via WhatsApp +43 - 6605687200) at least 1 day before your arrival with your full address for the registration of the tourist tax and your expected arrival time. ... " You can find the response to this below in my first email. Your statement: "If you wish for a guest card, please obtain it from the tourist office." we consider, pardon, to be a cheek! Then you should also mention it in the description. In Saalfelden and the surrounding area, the guest card for discounts is a prerequisite. These cards are always provided by the landlord. Thus, there is already a significant deficiency here. P.S. We still do not have one. 2. After that, we sought contact with Tourist-online. The response was: '... According to the terms and conditions of our local partner, Belvilla, it is important that you address your complaint directly to them.' Without a notification to the local partner, it is not possible for him to address your concerns. In case of emergency, if you are on-site: For complaints and service disruptions, please contact your local contact person (key holder, agency, landlord, etc.) immediately. If no remedy is provided within a reasonable time, inform the tour operator: Tel.: (+31) 882 021 233; Mail: sos@belvilla.de. We have not received any response from Belvilla so far. 3. We are only two, but it was new to me that the cutlery is also only designed for two people. That there are no wine glasses either. That we are bringing the camping dining table from our camper into the apartment as well. The chat bot from Tourist-online says the apartment is for 4 people (see attachment). But where are they supposed to sit? One chair, one stool, one desk chair. No dining table, no 4 chairs. A coffee table 40 cm high. I might be. not more than 25 years old, one becomes sarcastic and feels taken for a ride. The kitchen setup was inadequate and there is completely no way to clean. I do not want to stay here for even 8 days and not be able to vacuum or sweep. The statement that all previous tenants were completely satisfied is considered a pure claim by us. Unless the apartment has undergone certain changes or losses in the meantime. Just assuming, there are 2 adults and 2 children (up to 18 years old)? ), not even on the terrace can everyone sit. 4. I’m sorry that you couldn’t reach me today. We are here on vacation and out and about. It wasn’t possible to have the conversation. I would have suggested that you take a close look at the apartment and compare it with the description. 5. Just a small thing (maybe) but telling: the toilet paper roll holder. We put the roll on the door handle, really great :)! Regarding the apartment. - Price as a special challenge included. I'm laughing my head off. 6. That we had an unannounced visit from the housekeeper today, we find good on one hand, but on the other hand, it would have been nice if she had announced herself by phone. After all, we are the tenants and it is our privacy. 7. People spend money on vacations and holiday apartments. An appropriate and flawless service is probably taken for granted. No one expects a golf course, but it is not a garden either. Allow me to conclude: We have already been in many holiday apartments and houses and have always had good experiences so far, both in terms of equipment and care. We can assess this correctly and are not petty or narrow-minded. However, the way paying guests are treated here is outrageous and ignorant. Promises are made, generalizations are made, and when it doesn’t fit, there is no response (here: Tamas Szabo). Why is the Lord mentioned in the writing at all? Clear and functioning communication would be very desirable, preferably also in person. We know, of course, that no one is perfect. Only when we spend a lot of money do we want to feel comfortable. The apartment was exactly as described - clean and practical. We enjoyed the modern amenities, especially the air conditioning during our stay. The location was convenient for both hiking and exploring the nearby attractions.
