Aunt Alice would be proud of this beautiful holiday home - Aunt Alice's small house has been extensively converted into a splendid, comfortable holiday villa with a beautiful sea view. Exceptionally comfortable, yet the furnishings were designed to create a little Breton feeling.
After you have arrived and parked your car in front of the house in the private car park - you enter a beautiful entrance area with a large cloakroom - through the industrial windows you can already see your jacuzzi and steam bath in the SPA area. Continue either up the stairs or take the lift to the living area on the first floor. It is impossible to put into words how beautiful the view of the sea is - no matter where you are in the room - the sea is at your feet - by the way, the most beautiful fine sandy beach is not far from the house. The living area is very open and spacious - a large well-equipped kitchen - of course with a great sea view - is connected to the dining area / dining table for 6 people and the living room area with sofas. And directly towards the garden (fully fenced) you open the large sliding glass doors and are on the south-facing terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture - the Weber barbecue is also a must. In addition to the dining table, the kitchen also has a small sea view bar with sea view terrace access. On the first floor is the large master bedroom with its own garden access and en-suite bathroom (shower). Each bedroom has a small office corner (or practical as a make-up corner) its own TV - with international satellite programmes - the wardrobe should not be missing, this bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and private toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious guest WC suitable for the disabled. Take the lift to the second floor - here too there is a wonderful view of the sea - a small seating area allows you to read a book quietly away from the living area, for example. The two bedrooms on the second floor are also spacious with a TV cabinet and a small office area. The WC is separate here and so is the bathroom - there is even a lovely bathtub to relax in - the shower is integrated here - there is a glass shower enclosure.
A great, comfortable holiday home with plenty of space for just a few overnight guests - that's luxury - and a holiday home with a lift; you rarely find that either - really great for older holiday guests too. Then there's the fantastic sea view and the fine sandy beach right outside the door. It should also be noted that pets are allowed at such a standard - this is also a plus and not a matter of course everywhere. Then a beautiful, fully enclosed garden facing south - with lovely garden furniture, sun loungers and Weber barbecue. Each room also has its own satellite TV and a small office or make-up area in each room. Last but not least, there is a steam bath and a Jacuzzi - as well as a small bar in the kitchen for a quick coffee and a glass of champagne with an aperitif - with a full sea view .... one of the most beautiful houses in our agency! We are a small agency in North Finistère and are very close to our customers. You can always contact us if you have any questions or problems. Our field of work has been selected so that we can always be with you quickly in an emergency. Many of our guests are happy to have a contact person who speaks their native language and who can also help if French needs to be spoken, which is exactly what we are there for. Our catchment area is between Portsall and Plouescat - we are happy to help holidaymakers who like it here as much as we do and would like to have a holiday home here. Although we are not estate agents - but know many of these real estate agents - but we know the market can advise, if necessary help with renovations and then of course a nice holiday home like only manage (because from us is always someone on site) or like to rent to holidaymakers. Villa Tante Alice is the right place for you - if you appreciate a little comfort on holiday, a little space around you - because that's how the house is built. And... You would like to go to the sea - and of course you don't want to miss out on the beautiful view - the view of the sea is marvellous and wonderful. And now it's also quiet and not far from the fine sandy beach - all this applies to the villa. If you would like to take your four-legged friend with you on holiday - you're very welcome! Unfortunately, many homeowners with beautiful, comfortable houses do not accept pets - at Villa Tante Alice it is different - dogs are always very welcome here - the upper garden is also enclosed by a fence. The house is ideal for a family holiday even if you are not able to walk - from the car park to the house entrance everything is at ground level and now you have the choice of stairs or lift - this is also really convenient. The region in which the really beautiful holiday home is located is famous for its long fine sandy beaches just a stone's throw away from you - in front of you are kilometres of dune landscapes and the associated fine sandy beach - and you will be surprised how little touristy our beautiful region is - even in midsummer nothing is overcrowded here - I always say our corner is and remains an insider tip and here the world is still in order - mild temperatures in summer, Clean, clear, often turquoise shimmering sea, fresh air - wonderfully clear skies..... A region to fall in love with if you really want to "come down".

Our villa is suitable for adults and families with children - dogs are very welcome but only by prior arrangement. The garden is 100% fenced, the SPA area can be fenced off. Dogs are not allowed in the SPA area, this also applies to the beds and sofas. We charge a small surcharge of €50 per dog
Electric cars or plug-in hybrids must be registered - we charge a flat rate of €50 per week.

Goulven is situated in a unique natural landscape; certainly one of the most beautiful corners of the Finistère - the large bay glows turquoise in the sunlight - visit the kilometres of beautiful sandy beaches that lie directly in front of your house. When we were asked by the owner to take care of the beautifully renovated house of your aunt ALICE - the decision was very easy for us - the house is one of the most beautiful in the whole region - very comfortable even with lift - we are very proud to show the house in our portfolio.
