This duplex apartment is a great base for exploring Paris, We found it to be clean and well-maintained, The proximity to Gare du Nord made our arrival and departure very convenient,

An excellent and charming apartment with a meticulously curated design, It's conveniently located near Sacre Cur, pleasant cafes, and brasseries, From here, it's roughly a 20-minute walk to the city center, Additionally, there's a metro station and food nearby, The host is incredible and accommodating, Had a fantastic time with the family,

Excellent communication, the location was as advertised, The neighborhood wasn't the greatest but was near to the Metro and handy,

The place was incredible for me and my family, The host was in constant communication and even assisted me in booking a trip to the Louvre, while offering numerous suggestions and recommendations, The host supplied a generous amount of toiletries that were beneficial for our stay and amenities, It was like staying in a 5-star hotel, We will definitely return on our next visit to Paris!

A generously sized, well-furnished, modern and light-filled 2 bedroom residence with a readily available host! Delightful touches with coffee pods, bath products and superior quality linens and towels, The neighborhood is somewhat edgy, and I would advise against strolling around there after dark, but once within the apartment, it's very peaceful and safe,

The Airbnb was excellent, The exterior may not be very appealing, but the interior is pleasant and comfy, The house was well-equipped with ample linens and towels for our team, Everything was tidy and inviting upon our arrival, The pull-out sofa bed provided a surprising comfort, The landlord personally extended a warm welcome, despite the booking being handled by an agency, Just a few minor things to mention: The WiFi was effective in the living room, but the signal was weak in the bedrooms - particularly upstairs, Also, having only one toilet downstairs was a bit challenging for a house that can accommodate 6 people, But there were no significant problems,

Our stay was truly enjoyable, From the outside, the place may not seem much but once you step in, it feels just like home, After exhausting days of roaming around, it always felt good to come back to such a cozy place, Pros: 1, Ample linens and towels available 2, Neat living spaces when we arrived 3, Cozy pull out bed 4, Exceptionally supportive host (referring to the actual Airbnb owner, not Checkmyguest), She gave us numerous recommendations for activities and dining! 5, A grocery store and train station are just 1-2 blocks away, Other comments: 1, The Wifi had good speed in the living area (measured at 520mbps, 100mbps upload), but was weak in the bedrooms 2, There's only one toilet and it's downstairs, Would absolutely book this place again if I return to Paris, Thanks!

No wifi. The TV doesn't work. The floor is not clean, hair, leaves... The kitchen outlets don't work. The microwave and the oven don't work. Broken blind on the kitchen side. 1 broken sink bottom. No response during the stay to resolve the issues. On the phone, long hold and finally we were hung up on.

The views from the apartment were breathtaking! Waking up to the skyline of Paris was a highlight of our trip. The living room was cozy, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of sightseeing.

Apartment was good but communication was poor. We had no Wi-Fi at the apartment for our stay. We tried to contact the host numerous times but no success until the evening before we were leaving. It’s such a basic thing and when you’re on holiday you need research places to go/restaurants/transport etc. I spent several hours of our precious holiday trying to sort it out. A piece of paper on the kitchen table would have done the job.
