Description

The Sunset Suite in List on Sylt is the perfect retreat for those seeking a combination of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking surroundings. With a spacious area of 133 m², this exclusive vacation apartment offers more than enough space for up to two guests. Located on the 2nd floor of the building, it is easily accessible via an elevator. It is ideal for couples or singles who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the North Sea.

The elegant apartment features a stylish bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a carefree moment of relaxation. The shower is equipped with an infrared sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long walk. The open living area, which harmoniously combines the kitchen and living room, invites you to enjoy relaxed cooking evenings. The modern SieMatic kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, warming drawer, and dishwasher. Additionally, the kitchen includes a Quooker, making it easy to get hot and sparkling water at the push of a button. The living room is the perfect place to relax – here you can enjoy the coziness of the ethanol fireplace and the comfort of the sofa.

Many of the high-quality furnishings come from the Bornhold Manufaktur in Hamburg and were custom-made. Brands like Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP represent the high standards and quality of this vacation apartment.

The highlight is the large rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating areas. Enjoy the view of the North Sea and simply relax.

Additional amenities such as underfloor heating, a washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a large Smart TV complete the comfort. Your four-legged friend is also welcome, as pets are warmly invited to the Sunset Suite. After a long walk, there is a dog wash station in the basement for your pet. You can securely store your bikes, whether brought or rented, in the basement. For our younger guests, a baby cot with a mattress and a high chair are available (please book in advance).

A special highlight is the proximity to various wellness and recreational opportunities, as well as the immediate closeness to the beach – here, no wish goes unfulfilled. Experience Sylt in its most beautiful form and enjoy your stay.

Location and surroundings of object

List, the northernmost village in Germany, is located on the island of Sylt and offers a picturesque setting for our vacation apartment. The village is known for its thatched Frisian houses, which blend harmoniously into the landscape. The surrounding area is characterized by dune landscapes, long sandy beaches and the Wadden Sea, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Lister harbor is a central point of the town and offers a maritime ambience with fish restaurants serving fresh oysters and freshly caught fish. Ferries to the Danish island of Rømø also depart from here. The region around Lister Ellenbogen, a headland in the north, offers pure nature between dunes and lighthouses. The beaches are ideal for swimming and walking, with the west beach known for its surf waves. A special highlight is the shifting dune, which moves at a speed of seven meters per year. The Forces of Nature Experience Center offers exciting insights into the forces of nature that shape the island on an exhibition area of 1,500 m².
